Excelente!

El cuarto super bonito super grande con hermosa vista hacia el lago. Ese cuarto era muy muy agradable. Buen punto por el baño separado de la ducha. La limpieza muy buena. Buena variedad de desayuno, lindo con las mujeres en traje típico. Temperatura de la piscina perfecta, igual que la vista hacia el mar.

El mar lo cura todo y un buen hotel también

Me encantó el hotel. El personal fue magnífico, todo era rápido y eficaz. Además, la infraestructura es bonita, justo estábamos en primera línea de playa, y para mí que estaba con una adulta mayor, ese aspecto me sirvió demasiado porque la playa no se llenaba mucho (solamente estaban las personas que se hospedaban en los hoteles aledaños y en el Holiday Inn) y a tan solo a unos pasos ya llegaba al mar. Los cuartos son muy buenos, camas y demás muy cómodos. Limpieza 10/10. Igualmente, en recepción te contestaban muy rápido para cualquier petición sobre el cuarto o para cualquier pregunta. Volvería sin duda, calidad y precio tienen su sentido. El desayuno buffet siempre muy completo!!!

No tengo ninguna queja o sugerencia relevante para el hotel. Quizás solo que el restaurante no me pareció muy diverso en el menú, sería interesante su hubiera más opciones, pero de nuevo, es algo poco importante teniendo en cuenta que en Cartagena es un deber probar alguno de los muchos restaurantes que puntean alto o que ofrecen platos típicos caribeños. En todo caso, el restaurante me gustó mucho por la sazón.

en la salida a la playa hay muchas personas ajenas al hotel muy cerca de las sombrillas del hotel, es un riesgo que estás personas estén tan cerca y en algunos casos dentro de la zona hotelera

Hotel muy limitado por el valor que se paga

La ubicación

La zona húmeda es demasiado pequeña. El hotel por el precio que maneja no cuenta con buenas zonas húmedas. Me imaginaba un hotel más grande y completo. La verdad es demasiado básico es más el renombre de la cadena del hotel que los verdaderos servicios que ofrece. Muy limitado en servicios por el precio o costo que se paga por cada noche. Afastado das principais atrações turísticas de Cartagena. Assédio dos ambulantes que deveria ser mais restringido pelo hotel.

UN LUGAR QUE VALE LA PENA VISITAR MUCHAS VECES

El desayuno es maravilloso, es variado, abundante y para todos los gustos, la atención del personal en todas las áreas del hotel es de alto nivel, además se preocupan por la seguridad de los huéspedes, antes de salir al mar nos dan recomendaciones de seguridad y auto cuidado.

En el restaurante uno de los meseros fue un poco hostil, supongo que estaba teniendo un mal día, pero los demás miembros del equipo hicieron muy bien su trabajo.

Excellent hotel with great comfort and staff

Fantastic staff. Great breakfast with many options including food from this specific region. Easy access to the huge beach, that by Colombian law is public. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Access to the city is easy since the hotel have taxis available for the short trip. The menu at the pool was good too with good cocktails and delicious fruit juices. We really liked this hotel.

The picture that shows the view of the ocean also shows three pools. These do not belong to the hotel but to the two buildings on the sides, that are condos. The pool from the hotel is small but it was never crowded and the water was great!

The best thing about my trip to Catagena, Colombia was my stay in this hotel. I rate it with a 10, that being the highest score from Luis at the front desk, Daisy and Cindy at the restaurant, the food and especially the spectacular breakfasts!!!! In the pool area, Leo and Robinson, the spectacular attention, Eric, the security guy on the beach, gives you all the tips to be safe, and on the beach, Jose, who set us up with chairs and an awning on the beach, very good, although he doesn't work for. The hotel, he should!!!! and the cleanliness of the hotel, also a 10, the hotel was the best of my trip to Cartagena, Colombia

Cartagena doesn't have the infrastructure for tourism and is not a safe place, and Baru is a messy beach and no safe either

Old hotel with wrong price ( too expensive for that)

The staff the only thing.

Gym is so forgotten, breakfast is poor ( eggs were horrible) the service at the restaurant was poor too. The Salmon could be better for 70 mil pesos! Room are OLD, the smell is like an old hotel, price was quite expensive, highly disappointed.

Very nice close to old town hotel

The breakfast has variety of local and international food. The ambience was very nice as it was the personnel working in that area, same as the rest of the hotel personnel, that was smiling welcoming people. The hotel is located close to the old town, like 5-7 minutes by taxi. Very nice common areas an well as large rooms (ours had a nice view of the lagoon). I like the fact that is located in a less crowded zone, but close.

Didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t provide beach chairs and umbrellas, it doesn’t fell safe to have to be dealing with different people that come to offer the service (I understand locals have to earn money but for foreigners it doesn’t feel safe). If you deal with hotel personnel you feel safer, we saw a guest panicking that their kids were takes in the jet ski towards the zone that was mentioned no to go that way. The lady was desperate! Completely different it would have been if she had done the rental with hotel personnel.

Nice place, generally friendly staff, nice big room (I did have a King Room), breakfast was good.

A bit dated in places, not really worth the amount of money I paid for a King Room. Pool is small, the lovely one I looked out at from my balcony was for other apartments!

Very clean, staff was amazing, very happy. The food was great too. They clean your room every day. Kids and the entire family had a great time in the pool. Great service at all times!
