Ok but dirty

Food and staff were good.

Rooms were super dirty. Excuse was “because of construction”. How is that an excuse plus the dirt did not happen over night but has been there for ever. See pics

This hotel is great place to stay in Goa, however the experience is no match to 5 star hotels.

Breakfast was the best - Good options to choose from Indian Breakfast, Continental both were available at your service. Good Service from staff at breakfast hall. I would name Aishwarya was very courteous to her duties in checking if we needed assistance. Swimming Pool - Was the Best of all, me and my son really enjoyed the roof top pool. Well maintained, clean, good view of goa from roof top, The person i would name here is Nalini - Pool attendant who needs accolade for his amazing Service at roof top. Amazing Roof Top Drinks served beside pool, enjoy the wind flowing. This is the best experience i had so far.

Front service desk could have been more accommodating to Guests requests, especially when a traveler comes really tired at hotel and despite sharing all details of booking.com and Aadhar card (person who has booked the hotel) given as proof and you still ask for Aadhar card of the whole family when i have provided the Aadhar card as proof for Booking. I would recommend if the front desk staff to be courteous towards international guests and if you need certain proofs then mention the same online or request the information so that we can email or send the proofs before arriving to the hotel and not waste time at the hotel entrance.

Excellent stay, great location, fantastic staff. Definitely going back there if I revisit Goa

The location was excellent. The staff super helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was awesome

The price of in house services and the affiliated business working from within the hotel are a little too pricey

It was truly an experience worth remembering, would like to come again

Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were eeptionally good. Being vegetarians , the choice and spread were wide and satisfactory. The service was personalized and remarkable. We were pampereed by the staff.

We did not find anything which were not to our liking and expectation.

The stay at Vivanta really exceeded my expectations. The entire package is worth the money spent.

The breakfast remains the star of the entire package. Besides that the extremely responsive and polite staff also need to be thoroughly appreciated for the services they provide. Additionally, the location of the hotel is also good. There is a local market within walking distance.

The aged colored cushions smelled bad. On complaining they were changed within 10 minutes, and all covers of pillows also changed. The rectification was really swift, but still these things should be caught on, in time.

Excellent stay

The Staff. Especially Arpit & Sona.. They were very helpful and humble. They also gave us a room upgrade. Will surely visit next time.

Pleasant

Room maintenance was done while we were away n without information. Had to request for transport and availability 3-4 times and had to hire by self. Did not accommodate extension for checkout considering mid night check-in.

Excellent food quality. Mr. Aditya who served us in the multi-cuisine restaurant was exceptional. He took care of our dining needs very well. Ms Honey and Mr Tipanna at the front desk made us feel at home during the check-in and check-out. Overall, an excellent stay.

Memorable stay

The staff wasexcellent,caring,cooperative ,attentive and supportive. Mr Tipanna,Mr Arpit, and Mr Ravi at the desk executed their duties excellently. In the Latitude restaurant Mr Dilip kumar ,mr Aditya and Mr Ajay served delicious food and their service was prompt and excellent. The buffet spread and the food served was tasty and delicious and excellent. Not to forget the chauffer Mr Deepak was well versed about all the tourist spots and attended to all our needs during our stay. The food served in all the restaurants here is tasty and awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained throughout our stay.Overall we had a comfortable and a memorable stay.

Memorable Stay

The staff was excellent ,cooperative,caring , attentive and well behaved. At the desk Mr Tipanna, Mr Arpit ,and Mr Ravi were excellent in executing their duties.Mr Dilip kumar ,Mr Aditya and Mr Ajay in the Latitude restaurant gave excellent service. The food served and the buffet spread was excellent and delicious. The rooms were well maintained and clean throughout our stay . The foidserved in all the restaurants was awesome. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable stay.

Unsupportive front desk staff. Extra child without any extra bed utilised they were too adamant and charged lot of amount extra..whereas during checkin the staff had confirmed that if no extra bed utilised then no extra will be charged . Non cooperative and non considerate Staff

Lovely hotel, great good, lovely pool

Fantastic hotel, breakfast is great but dinner is also fantastic, it is a good chance to try lots of different dishes prepared by excellent chefs. The pool is also great.

Confort, Location in Panjim, Pool, marvelous breakfast.

The shower door did not close so every time we took a shower the entire bathroom floor became wet. Jiva Spa is a little but expensive.

Superb

The staff were very welcoming and the buffet breakfast was superb! It was within easy walking distance of the sports centre where we were attending a Pickleball Tournament.

The polluted river next to the hotel - obviously not their responsibility!

Fantastic hotel when you stay in Panjim .

Excellent property . It's my favorite . Have stayed here before . Calm , Plush rooms . Very helpful staff . Good quality of breakfast and meals . Very good hotel

While booking , I booked a room with Twin beds , but still got a room with Double bed .
