Très joli hôtel avec piscine et très belle vue

L'accueil de tout le personnel très sympathique et serviable, la piscine et la vue, la qualité et propreté de la chambre. L'hôtel nous a gentillement surclassé car nous étions les seuls ce soir là, c'était donc très calme et appréciable.

Le restaurant était fermé pour l'ouverture de la saison, cela aurait été bien d'être informés en amont car l'hôtel est reculé et la route d'accès difficile. Nous aurion alors dîné avant de venir à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très copieux. La climatisation était bruyante.

Overall a really great and memorable stay!

The hotel staff, clifftop views of the gorgeous coastline, sunsets and delicious food at the hotel all made this a very memorable stay. I worked remotely and was very satisfied with the wifi. My room was quite basic but clean and comfortable with good A/C.

This hotel was one of the worst experiences that I have had.

There were ants in two of my rooms. They were plentiful and were crawling up on the bed space. The Air conditioning did not work in two of the rooms. The sheets were stained and the pillows were not washed. There was a kissing bug in one of my rooms as well. Kissing bugs can lead to Chagas Disease, which can potentially lead to life long heart complications. It was a very dirty experience. I had left my apple watch in one of my rooms and when I came back to pick it up the settings had been messed with, so had the wallpaper. Save your money and avoid staying at this hotel. Spend a little extra money and stay at TreeCasa resort instead. That place is amazing!

The view and the food was exceptional! The staff was really polite, the pool amazing... In general, we had an amazing time there!! Definitely recommend!

Maybe they could paint the front walls, the ones surrounding the parking lot, that is the first thing we see, and it was peeled and gray, not like the building ones

Disappointing stay

The personnel was helpful and trying to solve the issues we faced.

We stayed for 1 night but we had several problems: 1) The balcony window couldn’t be locked and we were waiting for the mechanic to fix it, we changed the lock. 2) One part of the window couldn’t be shaded properly and also they hadn’t protective nets to avoid mosquitoes. 2) The safety box wasn’t working and after long wait they decided to move us to another room. 3) The A/C was noisy and was dripping. 4) Last and most important the access road is very very bad and you definitely need a 4x4 or being experienced, I don’t recommend it for new drivers. …very bad value for money.

Our room had great view( top room for 4 persons). With big balcony. 2nd double bed is really small to sleep in with 2 persons. Bedkinnen is quite old en does not fit ( too small). Bathroom, speciaal shower floor is not clean. Breakfast is very little choice. You have to pay extra for more food. Owner, Maite is very kind and helpful. Garden en pool is lovely.

Excellent choices of breakfast, enjoyed the fresh fruits.

We booked what was available through Booking, and the room didn't have a balcony. We had to request another room. Good thing they had it but a slightly higher rate.

Location - it’s a bit rough to get there for about 1 mile the road aren’t paved . You need a big SUV to drive up the hill . Beach is not close to get at all .

I love that the property is close to Island by itself from everybody very private just in case you want to get a nice getaway with your love

need a bigger sign at the entrance , it is very easy to get lost if you travel at night , the entrance road needs more work because it is in very bad condition ... apart from this there are no complaints...

Was pleasantly surprised with both the staff and the property!

The staff was excellent. Very gracious and helpful. I even had a small problem with my car and they found me a mechanic who came to the hotel and fixed my car on the spot. The food was great and the views are exquisite. Loved the pool. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel off the beaten path!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful spot away from the bustle of San Juan del Sur. Lovely, comfortable room with the most amazing view. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer, I hope to return soon.
