Nur für junge, gesunde Menschen, die Party machen wollen!

Altbau Charme. Ob gut oder schlecht, aber es war spannend, dass die Dusche auf dem eigenen Flur war. Wasserkocher, kapselmaschine mit Kapseln fur Kaffee. Geschirr, was zum putzen. Herd. Gute Lage.

Im Prospekt vor Ort steht: Nachtruhe von 10pm bis 7am, die Nachbarn werden es Ihnen Danken. Die Nachbar hätten nicht gehört, wenn wir laut gewesen wären, da es draußen vor der Tür so laut war. Partyleben: Musik und Leute, die laut reden. Die Fenster sind auch sehr alt und dämmen gar nicht. Da sind Riegel dran zum zumachen. Wir mussten laut im Zimmer miteinander reden, schlafen war unmöglich. Auf unsere Nachricht hin, hieß es nur Entschuldigung und es würde auf der Seite ja stehen, dass es laut werden könnte. Wir haben davon gelesen, dass die Treppen schwierig sind (man klettert sie fast hoch, steil und eng). Aber das mit der Lautstärke war zu versteckt, wir beide haben es unabhängig voneinander vorher nicht gelesen. Zwar eine gute Lage, aber Schlafen wie in einer Disco.

Good location, close to train station, restaurants, crowded area at night, clean room, narrow stairs

Very good location, close to good restaurants, bars, supermarket and train station. Clean apartment. Kitchen equipment was satisfying although it is very small.

A lady had come before us and took our apartment's key from the cleaning staff by mistake. That's why we couldn't find the keys in the box and she was already checked in, used the bathroom, bed, towels etc. I knocked the door and understood the reason. Than finally Serkan came in helped us with checking in, changing bed sheets / towels and re-clean the apartment. Apartment stairs are very narrow, no elevator. If you have many luggage, it can be hard to carry them upstairs.

Conveniently located but loud and hot

Conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, river, etc.

Room was very small, hot, and located above a sort of nightclub with lots of people outside talking and smoking until late at night. Access by very uneven, narrow stairway.

it is basically good, except for the stairs.

location: 10-min from main station, lots of restaurants downstairs. considering things in switzerland are very pricey, this is acceptable.

the stairs are steep and narrow. has to be careful carrying the luggage up & down the stairs. since the check-in is a "no-contact" one (ie, you don't see any staff, they just told you how to get the key), so there is no one to help you with climbing the stairs.

Very comfortable and central

The apartment is comfortable and has the basics to be able to stay one night or more nights, we were very calm. It is central, close to everything, close to the station, close to the train stations. The only bad thing is that there is no elevator, so you have to be in good physical condition to go up three floors, but that's not a problem.

Ich buche jederzeit wieder HITrental.

Lage zum Ort des Events, das ich besucht habe, war perfekt. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof des Gebäudes gerichtet und war in der Nacht, trotz angrenzenden Bars und Nachtleben, sehr ruhig. Das Apartment war sauber, zweckmässig und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Im Bereich des Bettes hatte es keine Steckdose für die Nachttischlampe, die dort zur Verfügung stand. Die konnte ich deshalb nicht benutzen.

Disappointing.

It's location

Images on Booking.com are misleading in terms of the size of the room. Mattresses are of poor quality and sofa bed even had stains on it. Pillow cover was missing.

Şirin ve Merkezi Ev

Otel tren istasyonuna cok yakın yürüme mesafesinde.tarihi ve görülmesi gereken yerlere çok yakın. Ütü ve küçük ütü masası var.buzdolabı var. Su ısıtıcı, kahve makinasi, tava tabak çatal var. Yemek masası ve sandalye var. Biz kendi kahvaltımızı ve yemeğimizi kendimiz hazirladik yine gelsem.yine aynı yerde kalırım.fiyatı zürihe göre uygun.

Arkadaş grubuysa 3 kişi biraz dar iki kişi için çok güzel. Duş kabini şeffaf. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için biraz gürültülü.Dış kapı biz kapalı sandık dışarda kesinlikle dış kapinin nasıl açılacağı belirtilmeli. Check in saati daha erken olabilmeli 15:00 çok geç.

Comfortable stay in prime location in the heart of Zurich.

The location was wonderful, 30 seconds from a pedestrian street full of bars, cafes, takeout joints and a grocery store. Easy walk to the main train station. There was a clothes washing machine which was much appreciated. Apartment small, but cosy and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything that bothered me.

Great location for a short stay but bring ear plugs!

The location is superb. Great value for money. Well equipped apartment. Perfect for a short stay with close friends/family members.

Preferably provide lighter bed covers for the summer. Unfortunately the loud cafes made sleeping difficult the first night (we arrived Friday evening). One should bring ear plugs to be able to sleep comfortably!

A disappointing stay in a beautiful city.

The best part of the stay was the communication between HITrental team and ourselves ... top marks for that. It is located in a great position to see the city, but see comments on loudness of nearby streets.

The two flights of stairs are very steep and narrow, making it very difficult with luggage up and down. There is no air conditioning ... fans were provided ... and we were lucky the temperature was in low 20 degree Celsius during out stay - it would have been unbearable if hotter. You can open the windows for fresh air, but keeping them open of a night lets in the loud noise of the busy restaurant and nightclub filled street(s) ... good luck with getting quiet sleep before 2:00am. The kitchenette isn't really workable. There is no extraction fan above the two hot plates - we didn't use it in fear of smoking out the apartment. There is no oven ... only a microwave. The couch/sofabed is very old and has stains all over it. The bed and pillows were 'ok' ... just.

Most horrible thing is Property is located on 4 th floor and there is no lift. And staircase is very narrow and uneven. I would rather say, Climbing mountains is easier than climbing up for this property. We left this ghost house without check in and opted other property.

No staff presence on all days. Online calls unanswered on last day of stay. During check-in, staff present unable to speak English, hence communication problem. Should have luggage storage facility if early check in not possible.

close to the old town

the whole apartment is in very poor quality, the floor even not flat, the worst part is that there are restaurant and bar just underneath, very noisy, this is the picture I took at 11:30pm

Perfect location , great value

Very clean, perfect location close to all the sites downtown as well as the train station.

The ceilings were a little low but not everyone is 186cm tall

The studio was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful, amazing location too in the city centre with easy access to public transportation. I recommend this place for everyone as it's a good value for what you will pay

Location was great to explore the city. Bit loud till late because of the bar down the apartment. And in the morning with the shops around. Overall apartment was ok. Communication with the owners was perfect.

Quick Visit to Zurich :)

Very good location. Very easy check-in process. All super clean. No problem whatsoever with noise. The bathroom was super clean. The view from the window to the city was great.

Room is a bit small and bed could be a little better (more comfy). But these are not very big troubles. I think the stay is overall worth it.

Superb

Conveniently located hotel with comfortable rooms. In the heart of the historic town. There are many restaurants and shops around. Everything was just wonderful! Thank you very much for the great time!

There is no elevator and a narrow staircase leads upstairs, so if there are a lot of heavy suitcases, then ask for a room on the first floors.

amazing Property, very good location in old town Zurich. everything was very good. we received a paragraph from the hosts about all the details related to keys.. very clean appartment, new towels, coffee machine…

its on the 3rd or 4th floor can’t remember with no lift.

Nice little apartment. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs

Clean and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. Great central location.

Very noisy outside. Difficult for the apartment to change unless they buy noise cancelling windows. The flip side of being very centrally located.

good location, easy to get by train or bus

It was a well maintained apartment and the location was just what we hoped. Tourist attractions were nearby and the station, shopping centre was only a few minutes walk away. The rooms were well organized and clean, also with everything you need for a family on a vacation.

awesome location and view, comfy place, good for a short term

the location the speedy WiFi the easy way to get in the view on the river very convenient and clean I feel very well there for 2 nights

taking out the garbage was fine for me cause I had not too much but honestly you should do it as the cleansing is on our price…not fair for ppl with lot of stuff and baggage and the stress to leave the place on time or to take the transportation also you can hear your neighbors as all the apartments are very close - so maybe be careful or aware about it guys when you book it

Pleasant stay at central Zurich

The house is clean and just nice for the 5 of us. Instruction to check in is clearly stated and easy to follow. The location is at the central Zurich near to the train station about 7-10 min walk. Shops and eateries can be easily found and within walking distance.

The apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator make it quite difficult for the traveler especially with large baggage.
