Great location, great service and excellent value for money

The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choice including some intriguing items like detox drinks! The staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. In-room dining delivery and clearance was very prompt. Housekeeping sent a person late at night to help me find a channel on the TV. Supplies were replenished fully and regularly. Above all the location was terrific with great dining choices within a few minutes of driving distance (eg Flury's, Mocambo and Peter Cat). The iconic Kolkata trams were a delight to watch through the window as the track ran right in front of the hotel.

The bathroom floors were slippery and I had to wear rubber slippers to keep from falling. A rubber mat would help.

Great location and Mr Raja

Location is very central. breakfast was decent and service was great. Ms Puja and especially Mr Raja at the front office were very helpful. Mr Raja helped us with the bags when we were leaving the hotel. As it was a one way street he helped us cross the street to locate and get our taxi. Staff were always courteous & respectful. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Kolkata again.

Nothing really. Maybe a little more cleanliness. Park Street is very busy and is a one way street like most of Kolkata.

Good business hotel in best locality

The hotel is well located in park Street and very good for a business visit. The good quality was good and all our requirements were attended to immediately.

The sound from the roads was very disturbing

It was ok. Room size was very small. Services are good. But it was costly. Maintenance required.

Location is good.Breakfast is too good.

There are only few choices for vegetarian, And the cook was reluctant to prepare foods at 9.30 pm.

Very comfortable stay at this place. I recommend it for family.

The staffs are very good and responsive. The food was awesome. No words to explain. But a little bit expensive. Breakfast was very good.

Toiletries. Some more toiletries need to be added. The menu for the breakfast was the same for all three days. Needs changes for the people staying for more than one day.
