Agradable y tranquila

La ubicación un poco alejada del centro pero se puede ir andando sin problema. Tiene parking ya que toda las calles de alrededor son de pago

Ok for the money

The value for money is good. Bed is comfy. Fridge is useful. Location is ok, near to the center.

Neighborhood is not the best. Bathroom is always busy because 4 rooms share one. No elevator.

Lovely stay and good sound sleep

Clean, convenient. Staff is hospitable and polite. I asked if they had coffee and I got tea and coffee from the hostess:)

The noise from the trams outside was quite annoying late in the evening. A better isolated windows could help. It was hot in the room, so impossible to sleep without a fan on, fortunately it was provided.

It is just only 20 minutes walk from city center

Really noise during the night (you can hear the tramps and car from the street) and the light is coming through the window due to the lack of blinds and not good courtains. Another thing is that you have to share only one bathroom with 8 people, so in the morning I was waiting more than 30 minutes to be able to use it. Check out it is at 10, but I was trying to use toilet since 9:20, finally I could manage to use it around 9:55, but at 10:10 am they were asking us to leave the room immediately and I was just finished my shower and my boyfriend wanted to use it as well (they should manage this a bit better)

Superb

The host was friendly, the location of the place is good, 15 minutes walk to the centre. The price is good for the quality of the apartments. It was really clean, I was impressed.

The shared bathroom was the only inconvenience we had. 4 rooms with one bathroom is not really comfortable but we managed.

Very good

The apartment is ok, it's quite big, has 4 rooms and a shared bathoom, but no kitchen. The area is about half an hour from city center if you decide to walk. The checkin was easy, there was a lady helping us with the keys and explaining everything. I was most impressed that we received a receipt after paying for our stay!

If you are a light sleeper I would advice you to pick another place as this one is set next to the tram line and the street is quite busy almost all the time (including over the night). We stayed in room no. 2 but also 1 and 3 are set on the same side. Only room no. 4 is facing the inneryard of the building so is more quiet. Also there is one shared bathroom serving all the 4 rooms (all of them are double) so you can image the shower queue !!!!

A simple accomodation for a reasonable price in a walking distance from the main sights

A simple accomodation with a spacious and clean shared bathroom. The room was not big but sufficient with a table and wardrobe. There was a fan to fight the heat. Staff was friendly,

We had to wait a few minutes for our room to be cleaned.

Very good value for money, lots is different services available such as laundry and others. Fan was available in the room as well as electrical kettle.

Worst room ever without AC and only one bathroom for Five rooms .

Very bad residence , No Air condition was installed in the room , very old and horrible building . I wont recommend this property to anyone .

The staff were very friendly and flexible with check-in times. The room and shared facilities were clean. Good value for money.

- They accepted payment only in cash. - Three rooms share one bathroom, which was a bit tricky in the mornings when the place was sold out.

I would not book it again

cheaper than others but not sure is it really worth it

sound isolation is non existing, you can hear tram and other people around all the time heating was on until 1am, then I frozen myself and got sick next day
