Not value for money

It was near to central station

The accommodation was not up to the expectation i.e. like the walls of the room are dirty. Bathroom looks not renovated.

razoável, mas não recomendo.

A localização facilitou por conta de ser próxima a estação de metrô. As funcionárias foram até simpáticas. O quarto era limpo, embora pequeno, cama confortável.

o hotel não tem propriamente uma recepção, no térreo funciona um bar, a chegada e a saída é um pouco tormentosa, caso chegue em horário que o bar esteja cheio. não havia lugar para parar o carro para desembarcar as malas. Foi um pouco caótico.

Good location and old rooms.

The hotel is located close to the city center, main attractions and restaurants in the Old Quarter.

I could hear the from the street inside rhe bedroom, the bedroom is extremely small sized, although there is a tv it is not functional, the wi fi doesn’t wok properly, no desks in the bedroom, and the pillows are uncomfortably high.

Sa localisation par rapport à la gare centrale de Zurich, la taille de la chambre pour le centre ville

le capot arrière de la télécommande de la télévision qui ne tient plus, la tablette de chevet, à gauche du lit qui est plus bien fixé, la fuite au niveau du pommeau de la douche

Décevant - Peut mieux faire !!!

Sa situation géographique, la propreté de la chambre ( Roberta )

Absence de la télévision non annoncé et non conforme au description sur votre site de réservation , la non communication des codes wifi, le retour tardif à mon message, la température de la chambre trop fraîche, la mauvaise isolation du mur de la salle de bain ( courant d’air froid persistant )

I would Never recommend this hotel. Very disappointing

Staff attitude was bad. Tv system not working- on reading through reviews this has been mentioned since the beginning of October. Empty mini bar. Tatty threadbare towels. Bad reception area in a bar / lounge. Stairs and passages very run down

Location

The hotel is 5 min walking from Zurich HB. Super market near the Hotel. The hotel has luggage storage facilities.

The reception area is very small.

Recommend to say here, close to everything

The room is clean and nice and give some candies very nice!!!! AC works perfectly!!!! Outside was very hot The wifi didn’t get in our room

Okay for a just a one-night stay in Zurich

The hotel was right in front of Limmat river with a great view from the room. It was just 3-4 mins walking distance to the main central station (very convenient for travelling to the airport) and 10 mins walk to Burkiplatz with lot of options of restaurants nearby

The rooms were quite small and bit worn out and did not have all the facilities listed (e.g. we had to ask for electric kettle, the mini bar fridge was not working which we wanted to use to keep the Swiss chocolates) and breakfast option was very basic (which we decided not to go for)

Superb location, great Limmatblick views :)

Five minute walk from the main station, literally on the river with great views of central Zurich, in the middle of the nighttime bar/ daytime café and shopping scene, direct tram to/from the airport, friendly staff, very comfortable for short stays in the city. Tip: get a room with a river view!

The entrance is in fact a bar - we walked right past it first time - not so great being stared at by bar guests whilst waiting for check-in, but for casual relaxed trips it's no stress otherwise.

This was an ideal location but beyond frustrating when the shower flooded the bathroom daily!

It was in a great location!

The bathroom was designed poorly. It flooded every time we used the shower. The outside of the hairdryer was metal and I burned myself several times. You had to walk through the bar to get to your room. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you have younger kids it might be.

did not stay, checked out after approx 1hr after check-in

nothing, did not look like pictures

not a hotel, check-in is in a bar for the public. interior very small and not well looked after( broken wall boards in hallway). safe not working in room. old and damaged statues on balcony. bathroom interior mould and flickering light. general smell of spice cooking throughout.

Nice room not so nice lobby

Superb location just, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to everything (historic center etc).. very nice room although on the small side but we already new that.. very nice view to the river, very nicely and tastefully decorated and clean..

The bar on the lobby had some (not all) "strange" people and had loud music (turning to a bar!!) some times and we had to pass through it to go to our room and that was uncomfortable with our child.. also the corridor outside our room and the helping spaces was not very nice to see and a bit of a mess.. also in our departure day the person at the lobby gave us a huge misleading information about the cost of the taxi that was outside to take us to the airport, claiming that it would be 15-16 swiss francs maximum and we end up paying 67!! Francs..

Great location and view from the room. Staff were great and very welcoming.

Third person bed wasn't very comfortable. Noise from the ground floor restaurant/bar on some nights.

loud and noisy bar in the 1st floor value / money 😟 breakfast - I am happy not to be there for breakfast
