El personal del hotel muy atento y servicial . Nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema. la ubicación es buena y los detalles de beauty para los huéspedes, mucha cantidad y variedad.

La primera habitación que nos dieron era muy pequeña y las condiciones higiénicas no eran las mejores, no eran malas del todo pero no están a la altura de un supuesto 4 estrellas.

飲食店が近くに多数あり選ぶことができ、電車の駅が近くにあり観光地への移動もスムースだった。併設の立体駐車場の車幅も広く大型車（180cm以上）でも余裕で使用出来た。

できれば、バスルームがもう少し広いと良かったです。

場所が良く、朝食が美味しかった。

ホテルに入ったらすごくタバコ臭がして清潔感や高級感がなかった。駐車場が少なく停めれず、近くの狭い駐車場に案内された。

Great location and Comfy rooms

Everything was great at this property, we were able to get to and from the train station quickly and the rooms were very comfy. The bathrooms were nice and it was nice to have a separate shower from the rest of the bathroom

Perfect overnight stay for an early flight next morning.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a shuttle to the airport. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Everything was well maintained and cared for.

We didn't eat at the restaurant as the prices seemed to be on the high side. Otherwise, it was a great very convenient to the airport.

It was a good stay!

The location was great and the staff were incredibly kind!

There isn’t enough parking spaces. Every night we stayed we tried to park in hotel parking and it wasn’t available. Our bed was uncomfortable and pictures of the room online made the space seem bigger than what it really was.

No breakfast, no bar. Well overpriced at £125 per night. Very poor value for money

Located very good Has laundret.

The room looks old fashion. The mattress was hard. We took a breakfast once and some of the products were finished and not refilled. Some of the stuff has difficulty in English. They try their best but we expect stuff to have knowledge of English. Only one foreign channel (CNN) on TV. Like in other hotels in Japan the small size of the room forces the bed to be stuck to the wall on one side.
