* This hard to find oversized unit has 5 Bedrooms, PLUS BONUS sitting room, 3 Bathrooms, handicapped accessible, 2 MASTER SUITES (One with King bed). Almost sold out for 2019. BEACH block (We are the first complex off of the boardwalk) NO streets to cross! Perfect for 2 families to share with the kids can having their own family room area. Townhouse with 2 off street parking spaces plus an extra parking pass located right at the Morey's First Ride pier. Perfect location! Close to the beach, simply walk through ride pier to get to beach, boardwalk, water park, you are right there. Can't get a better location! Amusement rides are just a few steps away. Be sure to read the reviews posted by past renters! Relax on your own private deck off of the living area with outdoor furniture. This is a Smoke-Free unit.
Park your car and don’t move it the entire week at our beautifully decorated townhouse with the PERFECT location...Right at the first ride pier.just steps to the boardwalk and beach. You have your own private entrance to the townhouse. You won't be disappointed. Our townhouse two floors of living) comes with everything you need to make for a great vacation.
There is a private locked storage closet at the top of the driveway where you can store beach items.
Step into the front door to the handicapped lower level accessible living space. No steps to enter the unit. Use the handicapped ramp (as pictured) to enter the bottom level with 2 bedrooms plus BONUS family room. One of the ground level bedrooms also has its own bathroom with handicap accessible shower. There is a washer and dryer on this level for your private use on this level.
One flight of steps from the bottom living area to the second level where you will find our open kitchen, full hallway bathroom, 3 additional bedrooms, and dining/ living room with a queen sleeper sofabed. This area boasts a private patio (facing 25th Ave and ocean) Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and amenities –refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, self-cleaning oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and glassware, pots, pans, etc. Everything! Oversized dining room table seats 10 and counter seating for 4.

The bedrooms are as follows:
*Bedroom 1 Lower level Master suite- 1Queen and 1 twin bed with a private handicap accessible bathroom. (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 2 Lower Level- 1 Queen poster bed. (sleeps 2 and shares closet and bathroom with other lower level room).
Upstairs bedrooms:
*Master Bedroom: 1 King-size bed with TV and private full-size bathroom -- (sleeps 2) The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
*Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 twin sized beds -- (sleeps 3)
*Bedroom 4: 1 Full bed with 1 twin trundle (sleeps 3)
*Upper Family room has 1 pull-out full sofa bed for the flexible sleeping arrangement– Best for children.

There is a large flat-screen TV in the main living area along with TVs in most bedrooms.
The living room has a DVD player along with some dvds.
Some other fun activities located within walking distance from this unit:
Stubborn Brothers Beach Bar and Grille is also right at the ramp that leads to the beach and overlooks the water and water park.
Now we are just three blocks from the Newly open
Seaport Beach Bar, pool and night club with top entertainment and an ocean view. Great outdoor stage overlooking the ocean and beach.
We also have an outdoor hose available.

I booked this property during the Covid crisis and was nothing but impressed by the owners!! They were helpful, gracious and happy to help me. We did take the trip, the house is quite large (much larger than it looks from the outside) comfortable and beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and a great patio to relax on while we watched everyone come and go from the boardwalk! I would highly recommend renting from this great family, we had a wonderful vacation, We will see you in 2021!!

This was a wonderful beach property. It was spacious and very well kept. The property owners were very easy to communicate with. Easy access to the Wildwood convention center. Definitely would stay again if needed to come to Wildwood again.

We loved this property! With 5 bedrooms it met the needs of of our extended family perfectly. The deck was spacious and a perfect spot for watching the Friday night fireworks. Kitchen was well furnished and great to work in. The whole place was so clean and lovely. Location was outstanding for us, as we always visit the Gateway 26 arcade. Access to the beach was quick and easy. We contacted the owners the day we arrived when we found a towel rack partially pulled out of the wall and the door from the garage damaged. They arrived that day and repaired both. We recommend this place unconditionally and plan to return next year.
