Muy cómodo

La tranquilidad, comodidad y la atención del personal. Estás a 10 minutos de Noja. Las vistas a la montaña desde la habitación son espectaculares.

Por poner una pega la almohada algo dura y que me hubiera gustado tener música de fondo en la piscina.

Great overnight stay

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast. Perfect overnight stay before catching the ferry back to the UK from Santander.

Amazing

Immaculately clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. So much patience explaining the spa and breakfast when we only speak English and they only speak Spanish. We cannot praise them highly enough.

May not be all you expect

A most impressive looking building. Very good breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Helpful and friendly lady in the dining room.

When making a booking I was led to believe that the rooms would be the ones of character featured in the description. However, ours were plain and soulless. The photos do not honestly represent the rooms you book. The gentleman at reception was most unsuited to the job. He had no appreciation of the importance of first contact with guests and the impression it creates. His manner was impolite, impatient, and dismissive of my enquiries about places to eat. However, at the roundabout ten minutes walk from the hotel, in a cafe/bar we enjoyed local food prepared with care and served with a smile.

Very pleasant experience. An excellent stop over for the ferry from Santander.

It was a lovely rural setting. We enjoyed using the spa area. It would have been lovely if there had been a sauna too!

Beautiful place to go around a beautiful area

Perfect and beautiful place to visit the nearby sightseeings, incl. Santander. Lot's of high class (Michelin Stars) restaurants around. The hotel owner is very helpful for such experiences. Thanks to him for a late chack-in. Very friendly staff. We are looking forward for another chance to come again.

Place for village lovers.

Breakfast was included in the price.

We waned to take a peach from the breakfast and the owner made a scene about that in front of all the other people. She pointed us an announcement written in Spanish. The thing is we don't speak Spanish.

Lovely location and rooms are recently renovated to a high standard.

lovely building and rooms were superb. Slept like a log! staff don’t speak English but we’re very friendly and welcoming.

It’s not easy to miss the entrance even though you can see the hotel from the main road. 10 minute walk into Town to find a restaurant.

One night stay after ferry

Nice place to stay just outside the town of Beranga. Welcoming staff who were all very patient with my attempts to speak Spanish. Room was spacious with a huge bathroom (I think it was an accessible room on the ground floor). Continental breakfast was good, again Google Translate came in handy. Large car park, hotel is signposted from the main road. Would happily stay here again.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and a lot to choose from with breakfast. (nice cakes!) There was a lot of free parking space.

The pool could use a little renovation. Due to the COVID procedures we could not take from the breakfast buffet ourselves, instead the personnel had to serve us.

Comfortable bed, decent bedroom and bathroom.

Not very welcoming! When I pulled up in the car park, I thought the people messing around in their car next to mine were other guests and we said hello. We took out our luggage and didn’t know where the reception was, but the “guests “ turned out to be the owners/managers! When we checked in and filled out the forms, the guy sprayed everything we had touched, pen, call bell, etc., with anti viral spray, before he even gave us our room key! Talk about made to feel embarrassed!! There is no bar there, and we felt embarrassed asking if we could get a beer, which he got from the kitchen. I asked for a red wine, no red wine! Breakfast was run by the gestapo, look but DO NOT TOUCH!! I won’t be staying here again, I thought the guy was rude! Do not recommend!!
