Recomendable para una parada en el camino. Sin dudar si vais por la zona elegidlo.

Un buen lugar para descansar y reponerse del viaje. también se pueden realizar desde allí recorridos interesantes.

Le faltaba un poco de personalidad y atención al personal. Pero nada que estropeara la estancia.

Wspaniały pobyt, polecam na wypoczynek

Personel bardzo pomocny, spokojnie komunikowaliśmy się po angielsku, hotel czysty i cichy w świetnej lokalizacji w mieście, parking sporo miejsca, pokój nieduży ale to widzieliśmy na zdjęciach. Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania Prowansji - blisko stad wszędzie. Kwiaty na patio hotelu cudowne plus pachnąca lawenda i czego więcej można więcej chciec. Śniadania były obfite, choć brakowało mi trochę warzyw jako dodatki ale we Francji je się bardziej na słodko wiec przedstawiliśmy się na słodkie rzeczy na śniadanie. Goście są międzynarodowi wiec jest bardzo przyjemnie Pozdrawiamy przemiłych ludzi na recepcji 😁

Un établissement simple mais très agréable, idéalement situé pour visiter le Luberon.

Literie confortable, chambre fraîche même plusieurs heures après arrêt de la climatisation (appréciable car température extérieure très élevée). WC séparé de la salle de bains. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Parking gratuit à proximité (Office du Tourisme).

Stanza un po' piccola ma per 1 persona va benissimo, climatizzata ed insonorizzata! Ambiente molto silenzioso anche di notte.Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Una passeggiata di 10 minuti per raggiungere il centro e posizione perfetta per tutti gli svincoli stradali. Piacevole giardino con tavolini all'esterno dove si poteva fare anche colazione a buffet completa e con buoni prodotti. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile!

La tenda della finestra o buio, o niente privacy.

Nice Stay in Luberon

Budget Hotel in the Hearh of the Luberon Park - Ideal for a starting a bike tour or a stopover around the region. Hotel offerted the basic and standart ammeneties. Clean Bedroom, with internert. Nothing exceptional but ok.

Comfortable stay in Provence

Perfect location in Provence, close drive to all main locations. great stuur, helpful and fri Daly. Continental breakfast. Pet friendly hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly here. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh, some "budget" hotels can be very lacking in these areas; however, that is not the case at the First Inn in Apt. For the price charged it is recommended, the staff are an asset to the hotel.

Wifi in the room was not good, but we all have our phone hotspots now so it was not an issue for me.

Superb

It was perfect for our trip in Luberon. Apt is a nice city to visit, it's 10 minutes on foot from the hotel to the city center. Roussillon is 15-20 mintes with the auto.

The room is quite small but we knew it. In any case the room is modern, functional and comfortable for a short stay.

Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. Central location for touring Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast good value for money. Excellent place to base yourself for a trip to Provence.

Absolutely Horrible

The Air conditioner wasn’t working and we weren’t informed about it before hand. They scammed us into checking in and informed it late into the evening when we asked why the A/C wasn’t working. We called Booking.com about the issue and they couldn’t really help us out even after 45 minutes holding on the same call because when they checked with the hotel they promised the guys that they would upgrade us to a better hotel. Now, this was 9pm and we couldn’t even communicate well in french. After we got back from our dinner, the receptionists weren’t even there and we had no one to ask. We were offered a free pizza for all our pain. I have never seen such a unreasonable place which doesn’t own up to their shortcomings. They completely messed up my vacation. We travelled from Ireland which is cold place even in the peak of summer so imagine how horrible we felt at a place with 32 degrees temperature and no A/C. We were travelling so much over the last two days and without good sleep, all of us felt fatigued the remainder of our vacation. I would never ever want to come back to this place.

Not responsive to client needs. A/C not working. Not upfront with guests about their shortcomings. Shower leaking. Unacceptable hospitality ideals!

location, friendly staff, ease of checkin.

no Aircon on a 32 Celsius day - behind their control, but made for a massively uncomfortable night. We booked a room for two adults and a three year old, and they give us a room with a bunk bed, that is labeled unsuitable for any children below the age of six. If the age of our child is needed for the booking, then they should know that the room given to us was unsuitable.

Great stop if travelling with dogs!

Perfect for travelling with dogs! Parking downstairs, small park across the road. Location easy access for day trips. Super friendly staff, would definitely stay again!

overall it was a very good stay.

Facilities, parking and location were very good. Breakfast was a buffet and as expected - pleasant. Room was a bit small specifically when you have a very large suitcase to fit.

There was a pipe making noise during the night and room was fine because I was on my own.It would have been very cramped for 2 people moving around.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD VALUE.

I did not like that the automatic lights in the corridor went off when I had not finished entering my key pass in the door so had to go back along the corridor until I was at the door that the lift was located.

Low budget - no surprises...

Very clean and tidy room, enough electricity sockets, and a big window. Front desk staff were helpful with the loundary and the parking. Good location to visit and explore this part of Provence.

The room is small, with only 30cm bw the two single beds. There is NO bathROOM, only shower with half transparent door, so if you are not a couple, this is can be an uncomfortable situation... Eventhough there is a big window to open for fresh air, what you get is cigarette smoke from the courtyard right under your room.

Convenient for a short stay, but didn't feel comfortable

The breakfast was a nice surprise. It was a small buffet, but the quality of the bread and of the food was good. The parking can get full towards the end of the day, but the proximity is nice. The staff was friendly and nice, but not beyond the scope.

It was my first time staying in an Ibis hotel. Based on the pictures, I was expecting something different. The size of the room is small and you barely have any furniture to display your belongings. The "bathroom" is very small and next to the bed. The overall cleanliness is not bad nor dirty, but it doesn't feel "comfortable". Luckily for us, we didn't have to stay long in the room as we were mostly out.
