Unpleasant. Moved hotel after two nights.

Just location.

Everything is too small. Only one elevator. Too much bureaucracy (e.g. when you deposit your bags before check-in when you retrieve them you have to write your name and address by hand. Crazy). Staff, especially women were at glance polite but I could see what they were thinking from their look on face. They don't know what you think can be read on their faces. We call it "ingin Burei" in Japanese. Never ever stay at this hotel nor other APA hotels. Ever!

그럭저럭 지낼만한 호텔인거 같습니다.

큰 기대 없이 지낼만은 합니다.

침대가 꺼져 있고, 침대 시트가 청결도가 아주 깨끗하지는 않는거 같습니다. 그 부분이 조금 아쉽네요.

Not bad

The location was good and just one min walk to subway station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Room was compact with basic amenities.

Standard of housekeeping was kind of OK and you could see housekeeping staff put all the linens on the floor and it’s a bit unpleasant. You could imagine you would use these linens.

only negative point about this hotel is that one lift covers all floors, long queue particularly in the morning. lift stop every floor even fully occupied, otherwise perfect place for everyone

Decent pricing, comfortable bed, very small room even for a double, location was convient with being close to airport.

The price and state of the room were both decent.

even though I had arrived late in the night, even after notifying the hotel. I still had to wait extra time for my room to be ready. after a long flight that’s the last thing I wanted to be doing.

I WOULD ADVISE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS TO NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL

NOTHING.. VERY POOR HOTEL

HOTEL STAFF IS NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE & NOT OF ANY HELP TO TRAVELLER VERY POOR FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER HOTEL STAFF DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH. MISINFORMATIVE WORST EVER STAYING EXPERIENCE IN ANY HOTEL

The location was great, near to train station exit and convenient stores are nearby. Staffs were helpful and amenities in the room were complete set.

The bed was too soft and it was sank in the middle. Not good for the back.
