Pleasant

The apartment was dirty. After I cleaned it myself we did enjoy our stay in the apartment. It is quite far from the super chatel skilifts, you have to take the shuttle bus. We thought we booked more like an aparthotel kind of place. But this is ONLY an apartment with a spa area (pool quite cold!)

Superb

Nice modern apartment. With great facilities of pool and sauna

It's a perfect place if you have a car. Otherwise its the free resort buses which we didn't master in the evenings.

facilities were good although quite a maze to get around the premises.

we were not made aware that the reception would be closed from the morning until 5pm so we arrived and were dropped off with no access to the building at all. Although check in was 5pm we were expecting to be able to drop off our bags at least. also we had no hot water-we asked multiple times at reception but English was poor and we did not get any firm answers other than water can be sparse at peak times. we tried to shower at 7am, 2pm, 5pm and 10pm and at none of these times other than on one occasion were we able to get any hot water. No solution was offered and seemed pointless task even going to reception to ask.

walls not insulated you have to walk up hill to reach to the center which may be inconvenient to some

A great stay in a lovely, clean apartment with excellent facilities and helpful staff - it help to make up for the lack

we didn’t know if we would get the extra bathroom so were delighted to have it; it made a huge difference to our family holiday. We have stayed with CGH a few times before and really enjoy all of the facilities.

Pleasant

The flat was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the location of the shuttle but stop right in front of the residence;, the delivery of bakery goods by the door.

The heather in the living room turned off at 8pm and it was very uncomfortable to stay in that room. The spa area and its bath were also on the cold side. Also, we had to change flat after settling in as we discovered the electricity was not stable and it was really cold!

Very satisfied with this vacation

Professional spa, massage therapy was excellent, super clean and relaxing environment. Very clean and organized resort. Love the car park idea, very considering.

One specific staff from front desk was always long face with no smile. Pretty bad... Directory to the room and spa are not clear enough.
