Exceptional

Beautiful,calm place, very clean. When we were using the pool we had it practically for ourselves. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the tarrace, surrounding trees and plants providing privacy. Beach, shops and restaurants are only few minutes walk away. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Niko's property.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and explore.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Wonderful setting and great accommodation. Lovely pool and all kept scrupulously clean. It is in walking distance of the town and a great base to explore on foot for great walks on in a car. And of course Niko is wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the local area and so friendly without ever being intrusive.

The place is just wonderful a little bit of paradise the gardens and pool are wonderful and only two minutes away from the beach and the village. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed and Niko's goes out of his way to ensure you have a lovely break. Everything about it is first class.

Nice house with lovely gardens and pool

Lovely gardens. Great location. Quite spacious inside. Comfortable beds. Very attentive and helpful owner.

Bathroom was not great, needs updating. Kitchen also a bit basic.

Exceptional

Beautiful building, well kept grounds with some fruit trees. It had everything we needed and we could walk to the beach and the village. The host had left maps of the area for us which was a bonus.

Very helpfull host! House was very clean and spacious. Everything you could need was available. Pool was very nice. Well located, close to the center of Kardamilli and the beach.

Superb

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay .Nikos was on hand for any questions and help.He gave us some ideas of routes and beaches in the area. He also let us sample his own olive oil. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Superb house and grounds in the best location!

We wished we had more time here! The location is fantastic, the pool refreshing and clean, a great space with powerful air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

It was lovely, quiet and just by the village and all the shops and restaurants. Brilliant cooking facilities, lots of space, indoor and outdoor and lots of different places to sit around the pool and garden, including fantastic views of the mountains. Nikos was extremely helpful with nearby walks.

Madison Viros for the win

Out family of 4 stayed at Maison Viros for the 3 nights in July. A home away from home - complete with a pool and a very thoughtful and knowledgeable host, Nikos. The beach and town are all within a couple minute walk. Delightful town with so many amazing food options and shops. Venture a bit out of town to access a variety of secluded beaches. The market is just practically next door. We’ll be back to explore more of Mani.

This was our favourite spot in the Peloponnese.

Nikos, the owner of the establishment, was very generous, not only with his time, but with provision of kitchen essentials including coffee, tea, olive oil, other condiments and even washing powder. He is passionate about the region and gave us fantastic advice about where to go and what to see. The rooms were spacious and everything was of high quality and impeccably clean. The villa had a great view with a terrace complete with futon for night star-gazing. The swimming pool was excellent, especially given that the nearest beach is quite rocky. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kardamyli. We highly recommend Maison Viros and warmly thank Nikos for his hospitality.

Fantastic location, well provisioned house with super host.

Well laid out villa, had everything you need for a self catered week. Comfortable beds, good air con, regular cleans and fresh towels, supplies of tea and coffee and even some of the owners olive oil! Very Peaceful and so close to everything in the village, as well as walking distance to the beach.

A flyscreen in the bedroom would enable you to have open windows during the night for some airflow without needing the aircon. Mosquito plug ins were all provided and were efficient but this would help save electricity. The pool was beautiful, but really quite cold for Sept!
