Convient pour deux nuits

Bungalow au bord de l’eau dans la baie Accueil et conseils avisés de Tehei 🫶 Taxi qui est venu nous chercher et nous a ramener à l’aéroport !

Propreté des toilettes et de la cuisine laisse beaucoup à désirer Clim’ uniquement dans une chambre et les deux chambres sont séparées

Séjour à bora adorable

Accueil trés chaleureux des propriétaires avec une grande écoute L’hébergement est un magnifique ancien bungalow sur pilotis du club Med, joliment décoré.

A beautiful short break with a superb view

It was fantastic being on the water’s edge. Great and comfortable big bed. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower and two sinks. The main room was gorgeous with a high wooden ceiling and wooden shutters on the windows. Like a tiki house! The kitchen was well equipped and great having olive oil, soy sauce and other common items to use. The information folder was very helpful and we liked the library of books too. Lovely garden.

It was a little far from cafes and places to eat. We rented a car as we didn’t feeling confident about cycling as the roads were quite busy and it was very windy and raining during our stay.

Séjour paradisiaque à Bora Bora

Séjour paradisiaque à Bora Bora avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le confort est impeccable, la décoration soignée et l'ambiance très romantique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le matériel mis à disposition (paddle, kayak, matériel de plongée...) pour découvrir les fonds marins et les îles voisines. Un séjour inoubliable !

Séjour au top !

Une adresse toute en simplicité, vous ne serez pas dans un hôtel de luxe, mais nous avons adoré ! La gentillesse et la discrétion des gestionnaires, le ponton où nous avons pris tous nos repas, la vue, le jardin extraordinaire, la douche extérieure, les canoës, la vie en extérieur, les 2 chambres et la cuisine très bien équipés, le chat ultra gentil etc etc ... Bref séjour en famille au top ! A recommander sans hésitation !

Le WiFi assez faible. L'humidité mais ce n'est pas la faute du gîte 😉

Beautiful, Pleasant and Romantic

Great and romantic bungalow. Decent kitchenette to cook your own meals. Beautiful settings and great with water access right outside the door and in close range to hiking opportunities. The host was helpful, friendly and made sure I had a pleasant and convenient stay. It is true that the bungalow is close to the road, but I do not think some of the other harsh reviews of noise level and state of the bungalow are fair.

I agree with other reviews that the bungalow is beginning to show signs of wear and tear, which is a shame because it could relatively easily be repaired. The kitchen, though well equipped, does need an upgrade on small things like tin openers, knives etc.

Sunset on the Dock

The bungalow was in a beautiful place, right on the Faanui Bay, hosts were nice, and tried to fix problems, loved the outdoor shower, and nice to have kayaks and SUP available to use. Dock was awesome.

I'm sure it was a mishap, but unfortunately the bungalow hadn't been cleaned at all, and wasn't ready to go into, even after the check in time. So that threw my schedule off a bit for the first day. Definitely some communication issues, between the owners and actual hosts, altho Host did a good job on What'sapp, after things got going. Biggest frustration was all the ants. Host did bring Raid to help, but they were always there to a degree. Also, the open air style kitchen, bathroom, shower... Wasn't horrible, but you can't tell that from the listing.

Beautiful bungalow and spacious bungalow in a quiet, not crowded area.

Bora Bora Bungalove is a beautiful place with a beautiful view, equipped with everything you need, hosted by very nice and friendly locals. Kayaks and bicycles free to use and in a very good condition. Small grocery store nearby.

Communication was not easy. Owners and hosts are not the same. Owner who rent the bungalow haven't been there (slow communication). Hosts live there but are hard to catch, if you have questions. You have to make a payment on a private bank account after you received the confirmation from Booking.com.

excellent stay. hosts were gracious and welcoming

property was well kept and our bungalow was right on the water. we had a kitchen for easy breakfast. nice snorkeling off the patio. it was great to have a stand up board (and kayak) available too. we had a car and were able to park within the gated area.

Nice bungalow with an on-water feel with accommodating hosts, but better when temperatures do not require AC.

the view, the outdoor patio on the ocean, a full kitchen, the hosts, the kayaks, the bikes, and the location being close to town but not too close

No air conditioning and to try to keep the bungalow cool we had to open all doors and windows, but the front door did not include a screen door. The lack of a front screen door allowed bugs to get in, and we had some mosquito and ant bites as a result.

Very good

Enjoyed our stay here thanks! The terrace over the water was a perfect spot to relax and to enjoy watching the sunset. Private kitchen that was well equipped, coffee filter & fresh coffee provided. The outdoor shower was devine. The whole place was full of art & it has a rather bohemian feel to it. Free bikes and kayaks to use.

Road noise is heard, but less so than at our first accommodation in Bora-Bora.

Great ocean view from the bungalow but a bit far from the town and not very attentive hosts

Terrace is over-water with baby eagle rays and sting rays swimming right in front of the bungalow. The bungalow has a nice size. There is a BBQ for use and bicycles too. A very friendly cat was around named "Bocat" and the children lowed it. A nice brochure in both English and French with information about Bora Bora and what to do.

Bicycles are not in great condition. Sadles are broken and seat posts are not long enough for adults of normal hight. There is a dog on the property. Dog turds were all over the lawn and were not picked up by the owners (counted 5 in a very small area). The children stepped on them and we had to clean their shoes. The owners were hard to get hold off (were not there or sleeping) and did not answer messages on booking.com. We asked to have the drain in the shower fixed as two people could not take a quick shower before the water overflowed but they never did anything about it and they were not there when we tried to get hold of them again. The fridge is big but does not cool very well (even on max setting). It is a bit far from real super markets (5-6 kilometers). No AC

First trip to Bora Bora

1. I liked that it was somewhat secluded and right on the water. 2. Enjoyed being in the neighborhood and near the church 3. Teihei was responsive to my questions via text

1. Property was a bit dated. Upgrades needed for several items: mattress, pillows, lounge chairs on deck, ceiling fan (was noisy so couldn’t leave it on at night), light switch, to name a few. 2. Street/traffic noise 3. Tiny ants 4. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in a variety of places from luxury to vacation rentals and didn’t expect perfection however, overall I was expecting better quality based on what I read. 5. Distance from Viatape, Matira beach area.

To sum it up it was paradise.......The Bungalove is perfect for a tropical paradise getaway.

We were on our own for breakfast, lunch and dinner but the bungalove is close enough to the markets and restaurants that it was easy to find something to eat. Local food or French dining it was all good. PS, our host Annette did make us some awesome island pancakes!!!!!! Both Marc and Annette are friendly and very knowledgeable host that added to our wonderful stay in Bora Bora!!!!

Probably should have brought a jacket, it gets pretty chilly when you get caught in a rain storm on a scooter after the sun goes down!!!!

Peaceful and perfect

The bungalow offered everything that we needed. The hosts; Marc Andre and Annette, were absolutely amazing! They were super hospitable. The pickup from the shuttle went smooth. Marc Andre took us to the grocery store on the way to the bungalow [and back as well] to get what we wanted to eat during our stay. He even provided bags (the grocery stores do not provide bags). The bungalow had a full kitchen. If we had any requests, the hosts were always willing to assist. The location is good. They provide bikes to ride around and into town. It was nice to snorkel right off the patio. We enjoyed their cats and dog. One of the cats liked staying in our bungalow quite often. I was fine with that since I am a cat lover. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

There were a lot of ants. This seems to be a common problem everywhere; however.

Exceptional

This property was a gem. My girlfriend and I loved our stay. The kitchen wears stocked with essentials. It was decorated with art and well maintained gardening. The outdoor shower was wonderful! There was kayaks available for use which we took out early morning. The property was located near a reef wall that was really cool to see. The view was amazing from the dining area. There were bicycles available for use. The peers were wonderful and amazing people. Very welcoming. One of my favorite stays, ever. We also went to the supermarket to purchase fresh food and used the grill to cook dinner. I highly recommend bungalove. He picked us up from the ferry and showed us around. Snorkel gear available for use. I can’t stop thinking about this place.
