Personal und Lage gut / Zimmer und Ausstattung befriedigend

Die Lage war gut, man war direkt an der Sanddüne zum den Ausflügen und an der Oase. Personal war auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut besser als in manch anderen Hostels in den ich war. Betten waren bequem.

Im Raum 13 - also im 6er Zimmer war das Zimmer definitiv zu klein für die Menge an Personen. Wenn alle wach waren und sich bewegt haben musste man Tetris spielen um sich Platz zu schaffe oder um an jemand vorbei zu kommen. Und zu wenig Ablage Fläche oder keine sitzt Möglichkeit für den jenigen der in den oberen Betten schläft. Auch im Bett konnte man nicht sitzen da zu niedrig. Zwei Betten weniger im Zimmer und es wäre angenehmer aber damit macht man auch weniger Geld.

El oasis perfecto

El ambiente en la noche fue fenomenal, el personal muy amable, muy cerca de las dunas para hacer la actividad de sandboard. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, el baño esta grande y muy bonito. La comida deliciosa, el desayuno buffet con muchas opciones y todo muy rico. Ha sido el mejor hotel que nos hemos quedado en todo Perù, sin duda alguna volveremos. Gracias a todo el staff por su excelente trato.

Que no me quede mas dìas.

El mejor sitio para alojarse en el oasis

El hostal es como se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien. Al llegar te regalan un bono de consumición para que puedas tomarte una bebida en su bar, el cual ofrece carta de comidas y cenas, lo cual esta genial. También ofrecen la opción de contratar con ellos la excursión en buggy. Recomendable contratar con ellos el traslado en taxi desde Ica hasta el hostal y viceversa ya que al menos os darán un precio más o menos cerrado (y así evitas regatear o que te engañen los taxistas de Ica. A nosotros nos pasó el primer día y nos tuvo dando vueltas para cobrarnos más dinero. Para volver a la estación de autobuses lo tuvimos claro y lo gestionamos directamente con ellos).

En general todo estuvo bien.

Best place to stay in Huacachina!

Nice room and comfy beds - exceeding expectation of a hostel. The whole place had a nice vibe, guests could chill by the pool or drink at the bar. Good breakfast and a free welcome drink at the bar. Great location with direct access to the promenade and oasis. Overall great value, highly recommend this place if you’re in Huacachina!

No free water refill provided. The place seemed to champion sustainability but we end up having to buy plastic bottled water. Music until late - though it didn’t bother my partner and I as we slept through it :D

El restaurante y bar junto a la piscina muy agradable para disfrutar de un dia de relax tomando el sol. Nos gustó mucho todo, y la comida muy buena también. En frente del oasis para poder pasear.

Nice place to stay for a break in the vacation

Nice atmosphere ! The room for 2 was nice and big. Not all lights worked, but that was okay. Bathroom with few privacy

The breakfast was not top, coffee and bread were not so good.

High End Hostel

Much better than expected. It looks/feels like a high end place to stay and not a Hostel. The buffet breakfast was incredible and so was the food

wir würden genau dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

wir haben nicht im Hostel, sondern in einem Deluxe Zimmer mit Klimaanlage übernachtet; beim Buchen waren wir sehr skeptisch, wegen dem Lärm und dem Party-Publikum - die Ängste waren unbegründet; es ging sehr gesittet zu; um 23:00 Uhr war es absolut leise; man muss immer bedenken, man ist in einer Oase in Peru wo gefeiert wird, man darf sich also keinen Kuraufenthalt erwarten; Frühstück war sehr gut; Pool war groß genug zum Plantschen und das Zimmer absolut ok

im Badezimmer war es sehr finster, aber das hält man aus; sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

Un posto accogliente e festoso

Struttura bella, con un’atmosfera molto rilassante e accogliente. Personale sempre disponibile. Camere pulite e buona colazione. Ho apprezzato molto che la musica venga spetta dopo le 22.

Best choice in Hucachina

Great hostel, rooms were very nice and always clean, beds were very comfy with with curtains, pool area, food and drinks were amazing too, staff was nice, I would stay here again for sure

Well-organized and popular hostel.

The beds were really comfy, they paid attention to details: a light and small shelf next to each bed, a luxury shared bathroom. The sand dunes were beautiful.

The food and drinks were a bit expensive and the village was a bit over-populated with the kind of mass tourism we are not a fan of. Half a day was enough for us.

Cama en el dormitorio con cortinas, luz y enchufe Baño limpio y moderno. La ducha súper buena Muy buena ubicación con acceso al lago, tienda y cafés cerca Personal muy amable y atento, bien organizado El tour de sandbuggy fue súper divertido (50 S.) Patio muy lindo Se apaga la música fuerte a las 10:30pm más o menos Espacio cerrado para guardar el equipaje Menú del restaurante muy amplio

Toalla no incluida El desayuno muy simple (no hay cocina para los huéspedes) Se siente como un hotel, menos como un hostal

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Anlage ist chillig und modern gestaltet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt an der Düne wo die „Ausflüge“ starten aber auch am See und direkt an diversen Restaurants.

Frühstück war für unsere Verhältnisse wenig. Der Poolbereich könnte noch ein paar mehr Liegen haben.

Really lovely hostel, great location. The beds were really comfy, rooms were very clean, great shower and even a hair dryer in the bathroom. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Lots of great tours organised by the hostel. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location & nice pool area

The location is perfect and the pool area very nice! Also the rooms are nice - I had a private room first but unfortunately without air conditioner. So they gave me a twin room, which was not as comfy as the other one but still nice and cool.

Wonderful hostel in the middle of the desert. Just not a party hostel, at 10.30 pm they switch off the music but the rest is really great. Awesome pool and food

Chill place to stay, would return

Banana's was great. I went there for the main purpose of relaxing and it allowed me to do exactly that. The room was hot but luckily there is air conditioning in the room so it helped. The beds are very comfortable with a curtain for privacy, and a light and socket near the bed. The lockers are super tiny and are basically only good for your most valuable items, otherwise everyone had to keep their bags and such on the ground, which got a bit cluttered. The bathroom is very nice and it's nice to have it attached to the 4 person dorm as opposed to having to go outside. The pool is lovely and there are tons of places to just lie down and relax, either beside the pool around the dining area, or at one of the two top terraces. The breakfast was tasty, you could have eggs or pancakes, I had both since I stayed for two nights and both were tasty. It comes with tea/coffee and the eggs come with bread, the pancakes come with fruit. It's not a lot of food, but it's enough to fill me. The hostel opens up to the lake area and it's nice to walk around there, and easy to get to the dunes to walk up for sunset. Honestly, I would recommend staying here, it's very nice and clean and comfortable.

My only annoyance was that when I arrived it was 1 am and the staff that was working made the four of us who arrived at the same time still do the check in process instead of letting us wait until morning, so after a long day of travel it took a while to get each of us paid and walked to our rooms.

Staff speaks good English Very nice and modern hotel next to the dunes After check out we could stay at the outdoor area and also use the pool till we needed to leave for our night bus No party hotel: even though there is some music during the day, they turn it off by 10pm

The vibe was so good here, really nice bar and pool area, the food and drinks were amazing, the location is perfect right next to the lake, the WiFi was good, the beds were nice, the shower was powerful and hot! I can't fault it, definitely recommend Banana's!
