Very enjoyable stay and will recommend this excellent hotel to my friends who are visiting Barbados in the future.

Excellent location being in front of the beach with beautiful ocean views… Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating… Public bus stop is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient… All of us have really enjoyed our stay here.

A tired hotel in a great location with no beach and beds or pool shelter, I'd look at other options

You can park at the front door if you have a car. The reception was helpful when needed.

The staff were pleasant and friendly although cleaning of the pool area was haphazard and seats and beds were left including full ashtrays on the tables as Zuccios use the hotel pool area for smoking. Rooms were well cleaned but the towels are so old and thin they need replacing as did our fridge. We had to unplug it at night as the motor kept us awake. The beach has been washed away. The hotel is unable to place beds and umbrellas there as a result. The deck and boardwalk have also been destroyed by Hurricane Beryl. There are no umbrellas to allow shelter whilst lying at the pool. The only umbrellas are fixed in between 3 tables. The hotel did highlight the boardwalk damage prior to arrival but did not explain the beach erosion and this along with the current "CAUTION" tape which runs the length of the old boardwalk makes the area look more like a crime scene. (see our photos) Unless you are happy with a no shelter pool and can walk or travel to another beach, this is not the place to stay.

Locatie was goed. Personeel was ook heel erg behulpzaam, en correct.

Het viel ons heel erg tegen , door het storm was strand niet bereikbaar, bij het zwembad was het ook een chaos . Jammer genoeg was er ook geen bar , alles was dicht

Lovely area, with great shops.

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The complementary drink was a nice touch, and the beach towels were a good size and no deposit needed. The local shops and bars and restaurants were amazing. So many places to eat to match any budget from fast food to fine dining.

Due to Hurricane Berly, this location was hit badly so the hotel and restaurant (next door) were both damaged and partially closed. This is not the hotels fault, but I would of appreciated some advanced notification so my expectations were more realistic and met.

Get spoiled at Barbados

Everything was good. People, food, drinks. Nila was the best at the check in. They made me feel secure and spoiled. My friends from the bar/restaurant were very nice and fun. Wonderful views of the sunset and the beach in general. Beautiful beach, is colorful, perfect sand.

Amazing gem of a hotel right on the ocean front

Amazing location right on the ocean front on the West Coast near loads of restaurants and amenities.

Rooms are a little tired could do with a little TLC in places.

Perfect location; didn’t realise that there was a kitchen in the room but was a help. it’s not advertised.

Perfect location on beach and close to all amenities shops etc. perfect for beach and swimming Good to have Zaccio restaurant and bar adjacent.

Bad start as Booking. com tells us vat and government taxes included in price. not the case- charged extra. confrontation with reception staff on arrival

The location is great with the beach, shops, bus stop nearby.

WiFi is really poor and works only around pool area, not in the rooms. Only several pieces of dishware are present.
