very simple hotel but well maintained and organized. the reserved charging stations for EVs are definitely a plus. Price was also very good.

Rezeptionistin gab das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein, gab ungefragt alle Informationen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Im Foyer etwas abgeteilt Sitzgruppe mit Kaffeevollautomat mit diversen Spezialitäten, auch Kakao, kostenlos. Gekühlte Getränke konnten gekauft werden. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und ruhig. Gute Matratzen und sehr gute nicht störende Klimaanlage. Freundliche Begrüßung im Frühstücksraum, sehr aufmerksame Damen. Frühstück mit Brot, Brötchen, diversen Wurst- und Käsesorten, veganer Aufstrich, Kochei, Rührei, Speck, Gurken-, Tomaten-, Paprikaschnitt, Obstsalat, Obstkorb, Cerealien, Milch und Hafermilch, diverse Marmeladen, Quark, Saft, Kaffeevollautomat sowie Tee. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Es gab zwei Flaschen (0,5l) Wasser inklusive. Kaffee war ok. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut.

Die Brötchen vom Frühstück waren sehr pappig.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis!

Gute Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby sogar mit heisser Schokolade und Chocochino, Beck und chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe

Die Eingangstüren im Stockwerk waren laut, so dass man sie im Zimmer gehört hat. Rezeption hat per se nie was unfreundliches gesagt, aber ich würde sie jetzt nicht für den Empfang einstellen

I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was excellent! Kitchen staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the freshness and variety of foods offered!! The A/C in the rooms worked very well. Outstanding standup shower! 24/7 coffee in the lobby was nice. There is a very nice park located next to the hotel and 3 bakeries within walking distance.

The only thing I didn't like was that the smoking guests would gather at the entrance to the hotel. There is a canopy for them to gather and smoke but most preferred to gather at the entrance.

A comfortable stay.

A very spacious, clean, bright and modern room. Perfect beds and pillows. The bathroom was super clean and modern. I really liked the room.

The location was not ideal. Even though I checked Google maps, I wasn't aware of how long distances are over there. I thought we'd be closer to Mannheim city centre than we were while we visited :( There was a bus service outside the hotel, but not reliable - the buses didn't come at all a few times - and the nearest train station was 30mins away on foot. I very much underestimated the distance to Mannheim.

Great value, simple but well organised hotel

Extremely friendly staff, I cannot remember the last time a receptionist took the time to really explain in detail the offer and perks of the hotel. Well done there. Also, the offer of hot beverages and water free of charge was just a delightful touch and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good, too.

This definitely isn't a major problem, but the parking is a bit messy. it's shared with a busy Chinese restaurant and depending on the tone of arrival you may have to park quite far from the entrance. Also, there is no way of parking temporarily in front of the entrance to load/unload luggage, so it works very well only if you travel light.

Nice, new and minimalistic hotel.

Nice, small, standard hotel, looked very fresh and new. The parking lot was shared with the Greek restaurant, the area seemed not so pleasant and didn't look safe enough, but it was not hard to find a place on the parking lot, which is good. The room was spacious enough, but minimalistic - nothing extra, standard furniture and no extras like a teapot or additional blanket - room looked very empty. It was very clean, new and nice to stay. The bathroom was standard, not too spacious, but had everything needed and the shower was very good and comfortable (water pressure was good). The bed was large. Wi-fi was fast with no issues. The fridge was very good - everything was very cold in it. Two bottles of water were for free. It was very quiet in the hotel, but it seemed that there were not many people staying. The breakfast was ok - fruits were fresh. Amount of food was minimal, and some ran out quickly, but there were only 4 people eating, so maybe it was planned. The coffee was delicious and from the coffee machine. In the lobby there was a coffee machine Franke with awesome coffee available for free 24 hours a day which was a good bonus for the stay!

Floor outside of the shower got wet, but it was not a big deal. Parking lot was not too close because of the Greek restaurant in between. Everything needed for a night stay was there.
