Excellent staff!

The location, the staff, air conditioning rooms! I rested very well even though I mentioned that I could hear the other guests in the next room. I was at peace and relaxed! I was treated so well during my check in and because of them and their hospitality, I shall return!

There was no phone to contcat reception, no bar, restaurant, housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking! There was no table, uncomfortble twin beds, no closet in the room, air conditioning kept turning off, the walls were so thin, I could hear the people next door, no shower gel, shampoo or hand wash, no "do not disturb" signs. But even though I have listed all of these things, I will STILL return because my stay was nice and pleasant. Staff are exceptional!

Helaas niet zoals anders

Altijd goed ontvangst bij easy hotel, goede locatie en prima bedden. Simpel maar schoon

Bedden onlogisch geplaatst (twee bedden naast elkaar maar je kon niet voor of achter het bed langs lopen, dus je moest over het bed heen om van de ene kant naar andere kant van de kamer te komen). Erg warm in de kamer. Raam kon niet open, wat ik ergens begrijp, maar de airco maakte ontzettend veel kabaal. Erg gehorig, veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten (deuren hard dicht doen ed) Normaal slapen we prima bij easyhotel, helaas deze keer niet.

Avoid that hotel

Good location, close to the main tourist attractions in the city. In close proximity to a public transport stop.

The description of the rooms, as well as the photos in Booking did not correspond to reality. The room had two single beds. The distance between the bottom of the bed and the wall was 5 centimeters and I literally had to jump over one bed to get to the other. At first they refused to change our room, but at the end, they offered me a completely identical room, i.e. they had no alternative. The staff at the reception - a man and a woman - were extremely impolite, they didn't care at all that I couldn't move freely in the room. The bathroom had only one door, which served to close two rooms at the same time, the toilet and the bathroom. Complete horror and absurdity. Not a single window in the hotel room could be opened. I felt like I was going to suffocate. I had not spent the night in a smaller and more uncomfortable room. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone! Avoid it even! It was terrible experience! I will put pictures from Booking and from my actual room to see the lie.

På genomresa

Läget var riktigt bra och parkeringsmöjligheter i garage fanns i närheten för €25 per dygn (betalas på hotellet). Sängen och kudden var bekväm, men enbart ett täcke. Lite trafikljud, men inget man vaknade av.

Där fanns enbart två eluttag i hela rummet, varav ena mitt i sängen och andra vid ytterdörren. Den vid sängen gjorde att min laddkabel gick sönder då man drog ner kabeln och telefonen i sömnen utan att jag märkte det. Sängens position i rummet var märklig, det fanns rumsyta på andra sidan men sängen täckte hela rummets bredd så man kom inte förbi utan behövde klättra över sängen för att komma till fönstret. Placeringen av toaletten var tight.

L'emplacement.

Déjeuner ??? Quel déjeuner ???? Des machines !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! En revanche je recommande Bas Bakt "boulangerie" à proximité : super accueil, super pains... super café ! Chambre , très mal insonorisée... Les voisins ont largement partagé leurs ébats !!!!!!!! Et cher en plus !

Tu bi vsekakor bivala samo še kdaj samo zaradi lokacije in prijaznosti osebja.

Uslužbenci so bili prijazni, lokacija hotela je idelana in omogoča hiter dostop do skoraj vseh javnih prevoznih sredstev (tramvaj, metro, vlak) 24 urna prisotnost receptorja je vsekakor plus.

Čištoča je na zelo niskem nivoju ( samo 1x na teden so nam počistili sobo). V sobi je primanjkovalo odlagalne povrešine, ni bilo nobene mizice in premalo obešalnikov. Tudi hladilnika ni bilo, okna se ne dajo odpreti V kopalnici ni bilo mila in wc paprija je zmanjkalo že 2 dan.

Uitstekend bed, kamer was netjes en schoon.

Het was wel erg minimaal. Mini-kamer, voor twee personen 1 stoel, geen ruimte voor je koffer. In badkamer een wc fonteintje ipv een wastafel. Geen ruimte voor toiletspullen. Één lamp voor zowel kamer als badkamer. Als je ‘s nachts naar toilet wil, kan alleen het volle licht aan, lekker voor je kamergenoot. De badkamer heeft daardoor te weinig licht waardoor bv opmaken niet handig is. Zonder ontbijt, weinig waar voor je geld.

Mooie kamer, strak en oogde schoon. Lekker bij het centrum en supermarkt om de hoek. Douche was heerlijk en ruim. Fijn bed.

Voorzieningen om je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Een tafeltje oid om je tas op te zetten, er was helemaal niks. Ook geen stoel of plank ofzo. Haakjes (2 stuks) in badkamer zaten erg los waardoor je ook weinig kon ophangen. Had een plankje bij gemogen voor spullen en een grotere wasbak.

Great location! Excellent value for your money and very clean.

Everything about this hotel is great! Location, value for money, cleanliness and space. However, I wish some of the staff would know that guests are checking into a hotel and not into a jail, I stayed there for about a week and unfortunately a few of the staff members were rude and at times just seemed unfamiliar with the term hospitality and failed to realize that is the industry they are employed in.

No desayunamos en el hotel, nos ofrecieron ir cerca pero era desayuno buffet y nos pareció caro. Cada día íbamos a una cafetería. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo.

El tamaño de la pila del lavabo es extremadamente pequeña, y casi no hay sitio para dejar neceser y demas...

La localización en el centro de Rotterdam.

No puedes acceder a la habitación hasta las 15:00h, si quieres dejar las maletas antes hay que pagar. Limpieza muy justa, mi habitación no estaba sucia pero había orina en el wc con fuerte olor, lo que me hace pensar que no limpiaron el baño entre clientes (o se olvidaron de limpiar el wc).

For the high price we would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room at the very least. Also the 10am checkout is really unreasonable... almost everywhere else we have ever stayed was 12pm
