Älteres Haus in guter Lage

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus, das eine Modernisierung gebrauchen könnte. Das Frühstück war OK, das Bad modern. Die Betten waren recht schmal und kurz. Die Lage etwas oberhalb der Straße ist gut, wenngleich die Zufahrt abenteuerlich ist.

Excellent Base for a Ski holiday in Sallbach

Single rooms were small but ideal. Food was very good. The staff were always so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Parakalo.

Happy to return and use the Hotel again if we return to the area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of 4 who stayed at the hotel last week travelling with friends of ours who were also in attendance with their families. The staff are accommodating, polite and work extremely hard to make your stay enjoyable. One of our party had a birthday during the trip and they made a wonderful birthday cake for us. I would recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to return.

If there is one downside I'd say the short walk up the hill from the main road is very steep and may be an issue for older or anyone who struggles to walk along a steep section of road. However, it is always an option to use the transport provided by the hotel to get in and out easily without having to walk it.

Perfect location in Saalbach, everything is very close. Complimentary Joker card was a pleasant add on.

The bed was way too soft so the quality of sleep was not that good.

Superb

Breakfasts were really good with perfectly prepared bacon and variety of eggs. Room was comfy and clean. Also perfect benefit is the Joker Card which alow you to use a lot of facilities in the area for free (i.e. cable cars, adventure swimming pool, ..).

Older house but well maintained. Equipment in the room and bathroom is quite new. The meals are ok

There is no parking place at the hotel, but down the driveway on the other side of the main road; perhaps 100 m away. Breakfast could be served earlier, since ski lifts are starting in march at 8:30.

Good accommodation for what's neeeded

Good variety of breakfast and dinner options every day. Sauna was also good and lift access to each floor. Room facilities were good enough and warm as it was really cold. Hotel offered ski transfer access between hotel and the lifts in Saalbach (when the van was working)

Hotel requires a steep uphill walk from the main road, so not very easy when carrying suitcase and ski/snowboard gear. Cobwebs noticeable around the curtains. Sauna could get quickly booked up so would have to make sure booked in early for that day. Walls also somewhat thin so can hear people walking down the hallways

Literally all staff was super friendly. The driver (Kostas) brought us to the ski lift every day and picked us up with a smile. What a legend

Superb

Buffet breakfast & dinner were very enjoyable with a good standard of food. The staff were exceptional at clearing away plates, ensuring levels of the buffet food topped up, dealing with any other requests.

The bar area in the restaurant was laid out as tables for dinners so it did not feel too comfortable as a place to have a pre dinner drink.

Woukd definitely recommend, great staff

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. a great team. The rooms were always spotless and were a decent size. The lift down to the ski lifts in the morning were so handy and the bar in the evenings was great to have.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff + delicious food!

Very friendly staff and excellent food, also has a free shuttle service to/from the Schatteberg Xpress lift. I would come back here!

Very low pressure and and uneven temperatures in the showers. Could have had more storage space in the rooms and a larger tv.
