Excelente para uns dias férias

De tudo no geral. Desde o primeiro até ao último dia foi tudo muito bom. O hotel todo ele é muito bonito. Parabéns a todo staff. Desde a equipa receção, limpeza, bares, restaurantes e equipa de animação. Alimentação nada apontar. Muita variedade no pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar. A localização é excelente e com acesso direto à praia. O quarto é espaçoso, muito limpo, varanda, óptima vista mar e um mini bar bastante completo. Por fim gostei da área de espaço e tranquilidade para adultos +16 com piscina e espreguiçadeiras só para fugir um pouco da confusão da piscina principal. A voltar numas próximas férias.

Devido ao pouco estacionamento no exterior, optei por pagar estacionamento privado. Só achei o preço diário de 19€ um pouco elevado.

Weekend at the beach

The location of the hotel is great. There are several restaurants in a very close location and it is just a few meters from the beach. Very interesting plants outside. The interior decoration is pleasant and the room is very spacious. Large bed with pillows of different types. Very quiet room on the 4th floor. Breakfast with varied products. It is better to go for breakfast at 8am or there will be a crowd... Swimming pool for over 16s away from the children's pool.

La ubicación es fantástica y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño muy bueno con todas las comodidades

Se nota que está en plena reforma, tiene zonas preciosas y reformadas como la entrada o los restaurantes y otras no tanto, dentro de las habitaciones también se nota. Uno de los días la habitación se quedó sin limpiar/arreglar, creemos que las camareras de piso están algo sobrecargadas.

Gran hotel. Gran categoría Melia

El hotel es precioso y la situación inmejorable, en primera línea de playa, sales del hotel y por un camino de tablas vas directamente a la playa. El buffet es fantástico, comida variada y bien cocinada. Hay mucha variedad tanto de verduras, carnes y pescados. Hay una zona donde hacen sobre la marcha tanto pescado como carnes a la plancha. También hay variedad en los postres, fruta variada, tartas riquísimas..... todo exquisito.

Lo que no me gusta en la mayoría de los hoteles. Si el check-in es a partir de las 14:00 deberían dejarte que el check-out fuera también a esa hora, no a las 12:00. Ocurre en todos los hoteles y no me parece justo. En algunos es incluso peor porque la entrada es más tarde y la salida más temprano.

Quase tudo incluído até fugas de água.

Localização e simpatia dos colaboradores

Uma fuga de água no quarto que mesmo depois de a refererimos 4 vezes na receção ficou por resolver, pelo aspecto já estava assim à muito tempo. E pelo fato de ser QUASE tudo incluido.. Pagasse o estacionamento, as sombras na praia as bebidas em alguns bares.

La cercanía a la playa y las piscinas.

Pensábamos que la habitación con vistas al mar, realmente veríamos algo más que la cubierta del hall. El garaje. Muy justo para los coches actuales y que se utiliza como almacén sin señalización. La señal de televisión fue muy deficiente hasta el último día.

Buffet mediocre, no está a la altura.

El Buffet NO está a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría y de esta cadena Meliá. Comida pobre y claramente reciclada. Te ponen las sobras del día anterior o en la cena, las sobras del mediodía maquilladas con salsa o en otra versión, pero son claramente las sobras. Muy poca variedad. La Tv no funciona. La mayoría sin señal y solo se puede ver 6 canales. La moqueta de pasillo de habitaciones estaba muy sucia. Muy mala impresión.

Agradable

Un trato estupendo, un desayuno impresionante y muy variado. las instalaciones transmiten mucha paz y te ayudan a desconectar.

La única pega que pongo es la calidad del colchón. En la hab 1020 con vistas al mar teníamos un colchón de muelles y se clavaban al dormir. Un hotel tan conocido debería cambiar los colchones por unos nuevos ya que el descanso es fundamental.

Great hotel with exceptionally friendly staff - would visit again

Breakfast was excellent and the facilities at The Level were exceptionally good. comfy beds and pillow choice in The Level rooms.

Evening buffet was average and not much available for vegetarians unfortunately. Inside evening entertainment area is dull and dated and far too many seats crammed in so felt very stuffy.

Except for the lunches and dinners, the hotel met our expectations.

We had an all-inclusive (level) but the lunches and dinners were quite deluding and not up to the price paid, even in comparison with other establishments of a similar level in the area where we stayed.

Great place to explore southwest Spain and Algarve

Great place to stay for exploring Algarve and southwest Spain (Sevilla, Huelva, Jerez) having a car. Directly on the beach, several extremely good and cheap local fishrestaurants closeby (20min/foot).

The food in the hotel was ok for the morning buffet, but evening buffet which we tried 1 time was awful. So we can only recommend to do book mornigng breakfast and go out for dinner (much better and great fresh fish).

Level area and general facilities are excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff are fantastic.
