This is a beautiful & spacious 4 Bedroom plus Bunk Room in converted garage and 3 Bath Lakefront Home offers an excellent floor plan to accommodate a large group of people. It is a very private setting with a huge yard, very gradual slope to the shoreline and the perfect place for exploring or taking a walk.

There is a huge family kitchen on the main floor. Home also has a deck on main level to enjoy the views.

Had a wonderful time at the property with our group. The house and yard were very clean and lots of room to spend time with friends and enjoy the outdoors. Check in and out was very simple. Property owners are very kind and helpfull. Great kitchen we had to cook for 8. We did bring our own grill but they had everything else needed. Two fridges which were perfect for drinks and food. The grarage conversion to a sleeping area was awsome and very comfortable we had three that slept there. Overall experience was 10/10. We plan to come back for sure!

Amazing location and house

Amazing location and house

My family of 15 had plenty of room and loved the game room for the kids. The lake is so close and the yard spacious enough to play a good game of kickball. Only down side we could come up with was the fact we had a small amount of towels for all of us and they are pretty thin and worn. Seriously the seclusion we absolutely loved and the house had everything we needed. Will return for sure!!!

We brought 10 children with us on our family trip and their favorite part was the garage turned game room! They also loved the playground outside. Everything was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. We brought a ton of food with us, so it was really handy to have 3 refrigerators at our disposal. The road to get there was pretty curvy, so some of us got a little sick going to and from Bentonville, which is the closest large town. We had to drive 30-45 minutes to go do anything away from the house, but we had a wonderful time there and it was perfect for our group. The advertising on here is exactly accurate.

Love this house

There were 11 of us staying in this home. Everything was perfect! The house was clean, there were plenty of restrooms/bedrooms/showers to accommodate everyone. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals and two fridges upstairs, which allowed us to hold all of our food for the entire trip. The location was peaceful. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only recommendation would be to notate that there is about a mile long stretch on gravel road to get to the home. We were on motorcycles, which can make it difficult if the weather were wet. However, the weather was perfect and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Very nice home, well stocked. This was perfect for our family of 11. Six adults and 5 children. There was actually room for more! Ample parking, a short part of the drive in is a little rough, but no different than a country road. Short easy walk to water with a very nice size swim deck. We brought a smaller folding table to use on the swim deck for drinks, etc. As stated you are not able to see the lake very well from the house when trees are leafed out, but can set on the swim deck for a beautiful lake view. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and in working order. Only used the fire pit one night but it was enjoyable to set around. The kids enjoyed the playground area. My family would/will choose this home again!

We had a great time and the house was very comfortable and had a lot of room filled with all the essentials needed. It has a very nice boat dock with 4 slips - couldn't get the kids away from fishing and swimming. .We will look for this house again when we're down at the same lake again. I highly recommend this house for large families.

We loved that every couple had their own king size bed with a separate bunk room with room for 5+ kids. The lake was great for swimming every afternoon and was a super short walk from the house. There isn’t anywhere indoors for everyone to sit and eat together, but there is enough room at the outdoor table if it’s not too hot, cold or rainy.

This was spacious indoors and out for our large growing family. There was plenty of space for sleeping, playing, swimming, boating and fishing. We all really enjoyed the kitchen and grills for our home cooked meals. We had a wonderful weekend!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable, the outside space was great for the kids and adults to hang out, and we had so much fun swimming from the dock. We loved that it had a easy walk to the water and the well-stocked kitchen. We all agreed that we wanted to come back next summer!

The rates are not clear in the details, even in the agreement. The house was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The walk down the the water was not accessible like advertised. There was a plank you have to walk over to get to the dock. Two people fell and one got banged up.

Loved the house!

We loved this house! Great kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Very clean and spacious, we had 4 couples and 7 children, ages 11 to 16. Everyone had plenty of room. We would rent this property again! The road to the house is narrow and driveway is steep but, we had no problems at all! Wish we could have stayed longer. The only problem we had was with the weather.

This property was perfect for our family to meet for a short holiday vacation! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed! The bonus game room gave the cousins a wonderful opportunity to play and enjoy time together in their own space. We hope to make a summer visit, as well! No problems for us at all!

Lovely spacious home. Fully equipped kitchen. You cannot beat how close to the water you are and the dock is perfect for lazy days swimming and tanning. This is the 2nd yr in a row staying here and we will be back. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandman’s Retreat! The house is beautiful and has super cute decor! We had more than enough room for 10 in the house. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. My 14 month old loved the playground area. The teenagers loved the game room! We all had fun skipping rocks from the dock. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck! I hope we can come back in the future!

This home is set up well for family gatherings especially those with kids. Well furnished, kitchen is fully equipped. Large yard with playhouse, swing set, and sandbox. Also a large enough space for small kids to ride their bikes or scooters around for fun. Plenty of porch/patio space to spend time outside. Nice fire pit area. Lots of wildlife. We will definitely be back again.

Our family spent Christmas at Sandman’s Retreat and it exceeded our expectations. We wanted a place to relax and let the stress of life melt away. Sandman’s retreat was the perfect place for this. From the luxurious King beds in the bedrooms to the comfortable couches in the living room, this place offered a great place for relaxation. We had 3 children ages 5, 3, &2. The garage playroom with the beds was a perfect place for them!! Also, they loved the play equipment outside. The kitchen was well stocked across the board. We enjoyed the nice grill and washer and dryer. We came home with awesome memories and plans to return in the future. Sandman’s Retreat is a “home away from home.”
