Very Happy with my choice to stay at Novotel Wembley

A value-for-money choice for visiting London, very close to underground station thus 10 min away from central London. Very comfortable room and clean.

It is difficult to find something negative. Perhaps, enlarging the variety of the breakfast can be considered. We stayed 4 days. The quality of the food was excellent.

Great hotel don’t rip people off

Location is excellent for Wembley Stadium, staff were lovely and room was clean

I paid £620 for 1 night stay due to Taylor swift in concert, to quadruple the price of a room is disgusting and as I was willing to pay this ridiculous price you would think I wouldn’t have to pay £25 to park the car and have to pay for breakfast

Staff make the place so friendly rooms need something to be desired

The staff and location make this place. If you are seeing a concert at Wembley can’t get better location. However the bathroom faucet was old and stained and the couch was ripped

Disappointed, the hotel seems to not give enough thought to customer satisfaction only cost savings

Location Excellent. Most staff helpful.

Room servicing was poor, one day rooms were not serviced until we complained about it. We never had milk left for us to have drinks, apart from the day of arrival. When we ate in the hotel one night, we had to find someone to take our order about half an hour after we were seated. The person who took the order could not speak English and we had to point to what we wanted on the menu, she wrote it don from the men. When the food arrived some of it was wrong, we ate it but it was poor service and not enjoyable. Not value for money.

Great place to stay and perfect location for shows at Wembley.

Friendly, helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available and the location was perfect for what we’d come to London for.

Towels weren’t the greatest and could do with being bigger to cater to all sizes.

Good but could have been better for the price paid.

One of us enjoyed breakfast and staff helped with making fresh pancakes when the machine was out. One was disappointed there wasn't enough vegetarian/vegan options for cooked breakfast (only three veggie sausages left).

See above. More vegetarian and vegan options needed. Hotel room was dark. Doors on loo were strange and didn't close properly. Check in was not as advertised via booking.com.

Clean, modern and quiet place to stay close to the hustle

Everything was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and clearly marked once in the garage. Location is perfect for Wembley arena and stadium, and is surrounded by shops and restaurants, but very quiet inside.

Entry to the parking could have been clearer on the website; the underground garage is marked with Novotel, but there is a large metal gate in front, and it isn't obvious from the road that there a call button to reception, so it looks like you need a code to enter. I parked elsewhere first then moved my car after I asked at reception. Also, there was a knock on the room door just after I checked in, and a man explained that he was there to update the hotel's WiFi and needed to come into the room; no one mentioned this was happening when I checked in, as far as I could see he had no uniform or ID, and I had no way of confirming who he was. He was polite and agreed to come back the following day after I checked out, but it was a bit uncomfortable. It would have been reassuring to know ahead of time. Neither are complaints per se, I still had a great stay, just would have made it perfect.

Excellent base for a awesome show!

Location was amazing, staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was super comfy and nicely sized and the shower was fantastic! Happy to return again :)

Found no faults and was happy. Breakfast price was a little high so went and found cheaper nearby.

Good stay

AJ at the reception was one of the best costumer service I’ve seen, room big and bed comfortable

Breakfast food quality was quite poor and also expensive. To pay 5£ to rent an umbrella? Thats a joke! And pay 10£ per hour to get an early checkin? First time i’ve seen this and it’s ridiculous, there is a room ready and you ask for more money? The ownership has a problem

The staff was great; professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always had a smile on their face! I met nice people here

Yahaea, Anya, Lim, and Sergio made me feel like I was at home. The rooms are large and it’s right at Wembley Stadium. The restaurant/bar was nice and reasonably priced!

Couldn’t open window during the night because of youth noise outside. Surely Wembley security staff could deal with this?

Location was perfect! Breakfast was great, could have had more vegetable options. Staff was incredibly helpful!

Carpeted floors are always a problem for me, since I'm allergic. There should be an option to exclude carpets from rooms.

great location to Wembley and the outlet shopping. also on the jubilee line to access central London in 15 mins. large suite with separate bedroom and sofa bed in lounge for the children with a full kitchen.

short and sweet for watching the Lionesses win again!

VG location for Wembley.

Room tired. Carpet and curtains, stained and dirty. Safe broken. Only 1 bottle of water for 2 occupants. Hand soap finished. Will try another hotel next time.

Great hotel for family, clean, convenient location and friendly staff

Very clean hotel, comfortable room with reasonable good size. Convenient location , 5 mins walk to tube accessing metropolitan and jubilee line. safe environment and good cafe. Helpful staff and housekeeping staff.

The on location parking gate is not working when we leave.

the size of the suite

was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible but i could not have a shower as the shower was above the bath and i could not get in, the room was very tired in need of a lot of TLC (stained sofa, small table had a bit of a burn mark, floor had not been hoovered properly). I couldn’t sleep in very long as right outside our room were all the bin’s were being emptied very early
