Pas pour nous. Idéal en famille

Rien à redire sur les installations, les photos on Line sont toutes réelles, vue mer de toutes les chambres, piscines superbes…

Trop éloigné de Naha (1h30 de bus) Trop « familial », un resort totalement axé sur les familles avec enfants. Le concept est génial mais à l’opposé de ce qu’on cherchait 😅 il y a des piscines, des ateliers, des espaces de jeux et des chambres uniquement pour les enfants ! Et il y en a des centaines 😅 qui courent partout Non Tatoo friendly, être obligé de se coller des pansements de partout pour aller à la piscine c’est étrange. Gênés également d’être en maillot de bain à la plage, TOUTES les femmes (et la plupart des hommes) se baignant habillés ou en combinaison de plongée

朝食は6:30スタートで、スタート時点から混みます。私が行った初日は、1列に並んで受付をしたのですが、次の日からは発券して並ぶというシステムになっていて、どっちなんだいと、ちょっといい気分にはならなかったです。

Love the awesome sea view & cleanliness of the room

Beautiful sea view room with exceptional staff services, clean huge room, amenities & many facilities. A family-friendly hotel provide free pyjamas, slippers & beach bag too. Love their international buffet bfast spread & Japanese bfast at another Jap restaurant offering different menu upon request (they serve same menu daily unless upon request if you are returning for the 2nd day). There is a coin laundry room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, gym, indoor onsen, a lamp museum at 5th floor as well as a chapel

Charging for the use of gym & indoor swimming pool & late opening hours at 8am.

O quarto bastante espaçoso com uma varanda simpática.

A maioria do staff não sabe falar o mínimo de inglês embora seja um hotel 5* o que realmente não é fácil para turistas ocidentais, os funcionários insistiam em falar-nos japonês sempre. O buffet do pequeno almoço e do jantar exactamente iguais durante uma semana consecutiva. Achei bastante decepcionante chegar ao buffet e todos os dias ser igual, assim como os funcionários insistirem em falar japonês mesmo quando os abordamos em inglês.

Very nice resort in Okinawa

The private beach and swimming pool are really good here, there's not that much people using it between 12-3p.m., so me and my boyfriend can stay there for a long time without disturbing. Gym and locker room are very clean. The view of the balcony is really nice, okinawa's sea color is gorgeous when the sun came out. It's really comfortable to get some food from convenience store and enjoy them at the balcony. The buffet breakfast is yummy, they served some okinawa's special food there. I lived there for 2 nights and they have changed the menu at the second day for a little bit, that make the breakfast not boring. Out of the hotel is a street with many restaurants, so we didn't have lunch nor dinner in the hotel. Foods on the street are also very good, and it's easy to get there. Staff at the counter helped us a lot with the bus information, they all got well trained and tried hard to communicated with us in English, everyone is so nice there. We can keep using the pool and beach after we check out until 12 p.m., we enjoyed a lot in this whole trip :)

The room is a little bit small compared to all other facilities in the hotel, but it's well equipped.

ロケーションは便利で良かった

5日間で35万円ほど払っているが、プール利用等、追加料金がかかる点。又年配プールスタッフの態度の悪さ、室内プールへ向かう階段が臭過ぎて不潔な所。ガーデンプールは冷た過ぎて子連れには厳しい。これなら、同額のハイアットリージェンシーの外プールの方が温水なので、プール目的の子連れにはそちらをオススメする。

Living on a high floor, the sea view from the balcony is very beautiful. However, there are very few facilities for play

The sound insulation of the room is very good, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The pure white church by the sea is very beautiful~

There are not many seats in the restaurant, and the waiting time for breakfast is long🥲..... The accommodation cost is not cheap, but the food tastes very average.

It was quite family friendly from the kids corner (playroom) to the tidal pool, free baby cots and their buffet restaurant. Our 2 year old was able to try a lot of different foods from their breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and the ocean view was awesome. We also liked their bathroom which had a bathtub with a view!

Aside from one or two restaurants, you need a reservation one day in advance for all of the other ones so you really need to plan ahead. Their pool opening hours was from 10am-6pm for this season which wasn’t very friendly as we couldn’t go for an early or late swim with our baby before or after an outing.

Overpriced for what you get.

Nice location on the beach with a great view. staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. The hotel charges extra for heated pool and gym. No place to get a good coffee drink.

Hotel is right in front of the beach and they have a huge pool side with slides for kids

Excellent stay, will visit frequently in future

The ambience, beach, facilities, breakfast, pool and the staff were excellent, the lifts were fast, the beach view was dream, starting from the security guard and staff at reception were polite and responded patiently. I stayed for 6 days and used almost all facilities and my family and I felt very good.

I spoke to other people (customers in the hotel) and the only complaint was they were charging for the beach chairs and onsen which was not suiting the standard of this hotel and people were hesitating to use the chairs and onsen, the charge is not too high (800 yen per chair and 1500 for onsend, gym and hot pool) but its the thought of paying extra on top of the hotel room charges is something everyone were feeling bad. I booked the Beach chair and onsen by paying extra ( I was the only one out of probably 50 chairs)

the rooms and beds are large and comfortable and the staff were nice

you have to pay extra to use the facilities which were quite pricey considering you are guests at the hotel. the buffet dinner was the same every night which was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend

Great location, indoor pool comes in very handy in rainy days, outdoor pool is good for kids, beach is pretty.

Restaurant and elevators are undersized. Waiting time to go up/down during rush hours is long. Average waiting time to get a table for breakfast also was 20 mins easily, very annoying. Gym also needs to expand, get better machines/weights.

Awazung stay, would go again anytime.

Super comfortable room, excellent facilities and food options. Great service & extras. We loved the sea view from the bathroom.

Some of the marine service options were under preparation and not available yet. Wish that would have been mentioned as such ob the pamphlet.
