Bien pour un séjour de courte durée.

La situation de l'hôtel en front de mer. L'accueil plutôt sympathique avec un effort pour parler français. Zone piétonne en été avec parking à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct.

La salle de bains très petite et vieillotte . La déco de la chambre très spartiate. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Prix un peu élevé au regard du confort.

Value for money and great beachside location

Great location on the beach front and easy walk from station. This is a value for money Pensione style accomodation. It doesn’t over promise and is the best beach front deal going. Rooms are adequate.

Enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Hotel is on the beach. Good for relaxing holiday. Parking was not to hard to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a bit expensive for an old hotel, but comparable to other similar places nearby.

A much needed relaxing weekend

The location was great, my room was facing the sea, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I couldn’t use the hairdryer because the plug wasn’t right for the socket. I couldn’t open or close the curtain I had to hold the showerhead in my hand because there was not a shower holder on tge wall

Dissapointing lack of attention to detail.

The location was perfect. Chiavari is a beautiful beachside town and this hotel was right on the beach.

Most hotels use the low season to do a little refreshment. Our room really needed it. There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the shower glass. Lots of chipped paint. There were absolutely no facilities. No kettle, tea, or even a hairdryer. Just one set of towels for TWO which we found shocking. And horrible synthetic bed covers which when the heating was turned off didn't keep us warm. We were very disappointed.

Not a bad place to stay

Staff is good, very nice and helpful.

1. Noise of the neighbours bathroom ventilation, nasty loud humming. 2. Sometimes there's an unpleasant smell.

Dreadful hotel facility. It was the only room available in town because of a festival. We just happened to be stuck at the marina with a voltage regulator issue so took what we could find. They also charged $275 instead of their normal rate of $130. There was also a street crowd and a band under the window.

The hotel is located in front of the beach, and only 1 km aprox. from the train station. The room was spacious and clean.

Best quality/price deal.

The location is amazing the people that works there are super nice and the service in the room is absolutely incredible.

Maybe the room size is a bit small but the price makes up for it.

Fantastic, relaxing haven away from the hassle and bustle

Beautiful location, lovely room, fantastic cleaner called: ROSY, who cleaned the room daily and changed the sheets and towels etc and was on hand for anything you needed, I asked for an extra towel for my hair and something to hang my wet costume on, very personal, individual care

A wonderful weekend

I spent a wonderful weekend with my partner and my two dogs. I highly recommend it. The hotel has a beautiful location, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room.

Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit dated. I would recommend a bathroom renovation with the possibility of a shower cabin, without curtain. Lo sciacquone del bagno delle camere vicine è decisamente troppo rumoroso

A few minutes from the train station, in front of the beach (therefore an amazing view), and near a supermarket and restaurants. It's also animal friendly.

since it's near the railways, the sounds of the train passing can get quite annoying. Not equipped with air conditioning but it is possible to request a fan.

Superb

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean. Ideal for a short stay when only essential services and basic furniture are needed. Breakfast in front of the sea not easy to find at this price in Liguria. Enjoy.
