깨끗하고 좋았어요. 바로옆에 버스 터미널가는 트램정거장이 있어서 움직이기 쉬웠어요.

개인 객실 사용시 취침시간에 문잠구는걸 추천해요 깜빡잊고 안잠궜는데 새벽애 방을 잘못찾아 들어온 사람이 있었어요

It is worth It!

The staff is very kind and available 24 hours a day. Quiet and clean room, comfortable bed. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Parking available. Close to many attractions, public transport, restaurants and markets.

fine place to stay for two nights in Zagreb

The rooms were very clean and tidy. WiFi was quick and working for the whole time. The hotel is located next to the old town. I could check in in the morning. The staff was absolutely amazing - everyone was so helpful and kind! Big „thank you!” goes especially to Barbara and Hela!

The toilets - there was just one toilet for men for the whole floor and it was dirty - some people were smoking cigarettes inside as well.

- рядом со старым городом - своя парковка, можно оставить дольше чек-аута - доброжелательный персонал

- система кондиционирования регулируется с планшета администратора с ресепшен, т.е если в 2 часа ночи вы замёрзли, то вам нужно дойти до ресепшен, нажать кнопку вызова администратора, дождаться ее, администратор переключит температуру, вернуться в номер, понять, насколько комфортно и, возможно, повторить несколько раз - шторы не блокируют свет, что мешает спать - мебель и обстановка как в Советском санатории - с утра не поспать из-за громкого шума за дверью

nice choice but without parking space

Excellent location, spaceous bed

I requested a parking space and the reception told me there is none available and priotrity is given to the private rooms. I only found out about it after the reservation which is not fair since I chose this hotel for the parking space. It should be written in advance "free parking space IF available. And to my eyes, not many cars where there. The reception also told me that the garage near the hotel costs 7 euros per day which is incorrect. I paid way more than 7 eurps per day.

Brilliant hostel with fantastic staff. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The hostel is quiet, but close to the main square, bakeries, cafés and supermarkets. Easy to get to from bus station. Short walk to train station.

No toiletries, but free towel.

In the kitchen on one of the upper floors, there was no electronic kettle, only gas kettle, but it is a minor thing. There was an electronic one lower in the dining room

Would not recommend for young female travellers

Staff nice, and central location in the city. Large lockers both in rooms and for luggage storage.

Entrance down a dark alleyway and felt unsafe at night. No female only dorms available. Dirty sheets on the bed. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Did not feel safe or secure as young female travellers.

Good last-minute option for travelers

That's my 2d time staying at hostels while traveling for 3 years, and I had a great experience at Bureau. Good room, with a warm and cozy bed. I had a good sleep there. And the area is in the center, with many options for food, fun, and chill.

That's always a lottery, who will be your neighbors at a hostel. In my case, there were young people who came to hang out for the weekend, so the noise from their loud talks was also after 10 pm. But they got revenge from a family with kids who also talked loud at 7am :)

Worst stay of my trip

The worst stay in my trip usually when I rate a hotel, I look at the following points: 1- Location: to be fair, the location of the hotel is very good in the center of the city, however the old city of Zagreb is small and it doesn’t matter where you book in upper/lower towen, almost everything is within a walking distance. 2- Comfort: the beds feel like prison beds, very bad mattress quality, that is fine, but the pillows, I don’t know what to say, they need to be exchanged like 5 years ago, I couldn’t manage to get 2 hours straight sleep on those pillows. 3- Cleaness: it was ok, not obviously dirty, but also clearly won’t be your cleanest stay. 4- Staff: we met 3 of the staff during our stay, one of them was really trying to help and assisst, the other 2 just didn’t care. 5- Parking: Finding the parking was extremelt difficult in the midest of the busy streets, it took us 1 hour to find the parking, 45 minutes of them after reading the instruction they sent us on booking. 6- Value for money: really poor, with the same price you could book many hotels in the same area, I choosed this one for the parking, however there is a public parking in the city and it costs 10 Kuna per hour, I ended up parking our car there after check out, because one of the staff refused to let us stay until we leave the city. I would advice against booking this hostel. I really don’t understand how people give it a high rating, it’s one of the worst stays in my life.

Clean atmosphere, good privacy in the rooms, quiet at night, great showers, equipped kitchen, great central location, and very helpful staff!

Not great social areas, but I still had good interactions with people.

September 2022 stay

Great Location, within walking distance of most things. Staff super friendly, and helpful. Chill out room was nice.

No lift. Shower rooms not very clean. There was a lots of school age children on my floor, and they were very noisy. In front of the hostel there is a place where workmen are sawing, building etc from early hours, so this can wake you up. Some of the pictures are deceiving on booking.com
