Romantic getaway, idyllic

Hotel literalmente na areia da praia Coson, uma das melhores de Las Terrenas.

Pessoas levavam garrafas de cerveja para a piscina com a conivência dos funcionários, mesmo havendo placas indicando que era proibido.

My worst experience ever in a hotel til today …

First of all the room was even below than a basic hotel room . It doesn’t match with the pictures at booking.com. I felt completely disrespectful the fact of have to wait to the the check in . The staff with no idea and training of how to manage a lodge. Cero customer service . They can open a hotel or a tyre shop. Would be no difference … I wonder how Booking.com and the reviews are so good talking about the excellence of this hotel when I consider it one of the most disastrous hotels I ever been before . They didn’t have hand towel giving me an stupid excuse that the hotel was full and the didn’t have enough, then they internet in my room it was like I were in a bunker . No signal at all as a consequence no tv . Not even a glass to front water in the bathroom . The bulbs in the bathroom o my one was working the others were faulty. No lightning at all on the front garden before the beach at night . The Batman completely disrespectful calling my parents : papa, mama!! Everything ok papa ? Everything ok mama?? Obviously I preferred to shut my mouth up . I’m hopefully I left the hotel the last day and no one was working in the reception because according to to the girl that make your breakfast, the guy comes at 9am. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I am pretty sure I am missing something else .. but I am so curious to know that the previous guests found excellent in this horrible place .

Perfect

Everything was great, our room was perfectly clean, the staff so friendly and food omg, great! Is a perfect space for quiet vacation for couples and as well for families with kids. I can’t wait to come back!

Petit coin de paradis !

Établissement situé dans un lieu enchanteur, qui donne directement sur une fabuleuse plage déserte, bordé de cocotiers, Personnel très sympathique et ambiance familiale et conviviale, toujours à l'écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner, chambre très confortable. A recommander !

Le restaurant est excellent, avec des produits frais, peut-être un petit peu cher quand on y mange tous les soirs

Sauberkeit. Traumhafter fast menschenleerer 6km langer Strand. Alles hat funktioniert. Sehr gutes Essen. Preis-Leistung top. Nettes Personal, insbesondere Zak von der Rezeption.

Busco mi paraíso

La ubicación directo en La lindissima Playa Coson. Una playa de más de 4 km de largo, con un río a la derecha y un otro a la izquierda. Yo que soy dominicano es la playa la más preservada y linda del país. Y en este lugar tan especial yo encuentro un hotel de talla humana con Todo el confort, un restaurante muy muy buen con varias selecciones de pescado y fruta de mar. Cocina europea también. Comí langosta estaban súper buenas. Para hacer la fiesta un bar con un súper Cocktailero que se llama Phoenix. Regresare muy pronto con mis amigos. Gracias a los empleados por su simpatía

Problema a solucionar: pulgas

Dormitorio: cama cómoda; terraza con zona de estar; vistas a un jardín muy cuidado, a una preciosa playa y al mar. Baño: ducha amplia; jabón y champú abundante con dispensador; secador del pelo. Desayuno: fabuloso. Servicio de restaurante: carta variada con platos deliciosos elaborados por el chef David. Empleados: en general, muy buena atención.

A pesar de cuidarme al máximo (al atardecer me retiraba a la habitación, la cual siempre mantenía con puertas y ventanas cerradas y el abanico en funcionamiento; desayunaba bajo un potente ventilador de techo para evitar que se acercaran los insectos, etc.) sufrí muchas picaduras, especialmente por la noche, que yo creía de mosquitos; una de ellas se me hizo herida sangrante, lo cual me pareció raro, y ayer, aprovechando mi salida del hotel, decidí consultar al respecto; mi sorpresa fue grande cuando averigüé que la mayoría de mis picaduras no son de mosquitos, sino de pulgas (incluida la de la herida). He visto merodear por el Hotel animales domésticos que usualmente son portadores de pulgas y que, si no tienen dueños que los cuiden y desparasiten, podrían, muy fácilmente, haber sido la causa de la infestación en mi habitación (doble deluxe situada arriba del área de desayunos). Espero sean capaces de solventar esta cuestión porque, por lo demás y para mí, este alojamiento merecería un 10.

Immaculate location and allowed to wind down and enjoy.

The location, beach and overall scenery is unbeatable. We had never seen quite a place. The staff was so so nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.

I'd say the only thing I'd improve on is the thoroughness of the cleaning of the room every day. Also, music outside was too loud during the afternoon.

lovely spot next to a stunning beach

fantastic proximity to beach which we spent lots of time hanging beside. The meals were good and the staff were helpful. The room we had was massive.

Wonderfull private beach, all employees are very friendly. They smile and help every time. Receptionist Jean is very friendly. Rooms are clean, foods are delicious.

Great location, good value, some things could improve.

Location, beach was great, breakfast was great, staff was very good.

Water coming out of the shower smelled pretty bad, you had to make it run for more than 15 minutes so the smell would not be as bad. We were 3 adult males and they didn't have 3 separate beds, so we were forced to sleep together. Mosquitoes were bad at all times, you have to keep windows and doors closed at all times or else at night you would not be able to sleep.

The water in the bathroom area takes longer than usual to switch temperature and also the water pressure could be better.

Most of the staff could not speak one word of English which sometimes was a problem. We do speak a little Spanish but they failed to recognize that.
