The best place to stay in Zadar !!!

Doris and family are truly amazing. Their apartments are beautiful...the location is perfect and they go above and beyond to help you with everything !!!! So thankful to stay there.

Nice and good value for money

Nice grapes right outside the garden, near to beaches, restaurant and supermarket. TV at both living room and bedrooms.

The place was spot on , really clean and the aircon was perfect in this hot times. Really quiet street with a very close beach.

very clean and beautiful apartment. Close to Borik beach. helpful stuff and overall great experience. in the apartment you have everything, from toaster to coffee machine and olive oil, vinegar. i highly recommend!

Stunning apartment

Apartment was immaculate very large rooms.Kitchen had absolutely everything lounge area was huge 2 bathrooms was great, Decor was beautiful,balcony was amazing easy access for parking and walking distance to the beach. Hosts were great

As it was quite hot while were there the 1 split system aircon didn’t reach the bedrooms as it is a large apartment so it was very hot in the rooms.Hosts provided fans for each room which was great . We unfortunately had no hot water in 1 of the showers but as it was hot it wasn’t too bad.

Amazing value for a very comfortable stay

The best value on our entire trip through Croatia. Spacious, beautifully designed and furnished room equipped with everything you could need. It felt like a stay in a brand new 4-star hotel. Private parking was available, small but sandy (total rarity here) beach only minutes on foot from the property. The owner was super nice and greeted us on arrival. I couldn't want anything more from an accommodation like this. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone :)

Our staying there was great! Near the beach, so we could have gone to swim more than once a day. Close to the apartment are good restaurants and bakery. There is one small disadvantage - some problem with buses - no timetable on the bus stop, so we mostly walk on foot - about 40 min to the center. So if you like walking its the best place! :)

The property exceeded my expectations when I was there for a short business trip; a small nice modern flat in a newly renovated building. Very nice hosts with good and clear communication. Obviously they are quite rigorous and perfectionist as a result they manage it excellent.

Amazing place for Families

It got a parents and a kids room attached to each other. They have a parking. They have well maintained garden and plants. Pizzeria next to the Apartment is a must try. Overall great experience.

Superb

We are family of 5, where everyone is used to have some personal space. Doris Apartmenet was perfect for us! Great location near restaurants, shops and sandy beach Borik with very gradual entry to sea - perfect for the youngest son. Apartment was really comfortable, spacey and with modern furniture, quality dishes to cook, dishwasher and washing machine. The youngest wanted to stay here longer, if we will travel to Zadar again, Doris Apartments would be the first choice.
