Superb location, it’s central, yet far enough to give more peaceful sleep, away from noise of city🙂

Great communication all the way through. I was running late but I was met with smile and felt valued. Place is spacious enough, even had washing machine there. Amazing bonus if you’re planning to take little with you. Amazing location, only over 20 min walk to Vecrīga!

Nice apartment

At first I couldn't get hold of the owner of the place. But before the trip we talked and then there was regular communication via WhatsApp: we received instructions on how to get to the apartment, where the keys are, an explanation of Wi-Fi. Entrance door with code, spacious apartment with bedroom and dining area, heated, equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, wi-fi. Beautiful bedroom design. There was shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in small bottles like in a hotel, towels, we got slippers. The city center is 3 bus stops away.

TV without channels, only YouTube; At night the heating was a little weak; Tall tub-my mother had a difficulties to getting in; The cover in the bathtub was torn off and kept coming out of place - unaesthetic; After a shower, water accumulated on the floor; Close transportation at a walking distance of 500-600 meters; The nearest grocery store is 400 meters away; There was no coffee.

Home is where your heart is. During this week it was in Riga

A lovely apartment not far from the city centre. Staying there made us feel like home rather than just a rented place. The host Valentina was always in touch if we had any questions

broken doors in the bathroom and in the shower, extremely hot in the apartment and no air conditioner, I found a piece of nail under the table from previous guests it was so disgusting, then when we were away during the day the hostess was in the apartments, nothing missing, but it felt terrible

Very comfortable apartment not far from Old Town. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen is good equipped, there is washing machine and all you need for a stay. Good skyline.

Overall very very good. Very small changes would make this 100% better

Kitchen facilities were basic but good. Very big bath/shower. Bed was very comfortable. Modern looking and overall well maintained. Location was okay. Exceptional value for money.

Communication with the host VERY bad. Hard to communicate with. English skills were not good (which is ok, it's Latvia not England) but the lack of language skills didn't help. Even when I used google translate into Latvian, the host would read my messages in whatsapp and ignore them. Sometimes I would ask the same question 4 times over a week and maybe then I would get an answer. No baking trays for the oven, so could not use the oven at all. No tv or wifi despite being advertised (but wasn't the end of the world). Small freezer inside fridge was so frosty that the door wouldnt even close, meaning that ice fell down and melted leaving water in fridge. Nevertheless I had to scrape ice from the freezer when I arrived which is not what the customer should have to do. Blankets covering the sofa really need to be washed as they smelled like engine oil. No instructions on a fire escape, no fire extinguisher or blanket. I was not told where the outside bins were, so my kitchen rubbish including food stayed near the door which started to smell during my 2 week stay.
