Очень узкие кровати. Ванная комната не освещается. Отель совсем старый. Завтраки совсем скудные. Отель расположен на торговых улицах. Рядом барахолки - оптовые магазины для челноков. Не для отдыха.

Вкусный завтрак, чистота, очень удобное расположение

Заселили в номер ниже классом , нас было трое взрослых и заселили в номер 18 кв. Хотя мы купили номер 28кв. Два дня мы доказывали что мы оплатили другой номер. Хорошо их менеджер Орхан-бей когда узнал об этом сразу решил вопрос,а остальные просто издевались и говорили что я с рулеткой по номеру бегаю 😂😂😂

Outstanding and diffinetely will try agian and again - The location and top rated and just perfect

Initially allocated rooms were not as expected and we have reported this to the reception and instatnly we were taken to serveral other rooms to choose including a sweet room. Our rooms were upgraded with no extra to pay. The staffs were very helpful and frienly. Specially Mr Abdullah who greats and serve tea at the reception, i found very jolly and quite welcoming.....

Very nice hotel,staff is really good,daily cleaning of the room Breakfast was really good and delicious,buffet can offer you soup,omelette,fried sausages,vegetables and variety of snacks,there is an access to unlimited hot and cold beverages such as tea,coffee and freshly squeezed juice Staff is nice and ready to help I really enjoyed staying in this hotel

Maybe distance to metro station and bus stop,but it still easy to reach this hotel within 15 minutes

Great hotel!

The hotel is at an perfect location, the breakfast is good, and rooms are clean. The stuff is polite. I would come back again to this hotel!

The bathroom was not that clean as it should be.. and the elevator is rhe smallest I have ever seen.

Mr. Orhan, Abdullah, Abbas and murad was very kind and helped us get settled in very well. Their attitude was very respectable even while discussing issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was happy with hotel cleanness and restaurant food quality.

Photos and facilities on booking are totally different than the reality. When we received the room, it wasn't cleaned well, fridge and AC not working, shower defective, bathroom door making noise, no water no iron....

good value for money with exceptional location for shopping.

the location was exceptional in the center of whole sale market in Laleli/Aksaray. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant/breakfast were very friendly.

the entrance was not provided with a baggage lane. the lifts were very small only fitting two persons so we had to go up and down several times to transfer our baggage. the room was very very small and tight ( we booked double room with 2 single beds).

As for the breakfast, it is good, the dishes are varied, and the hall in which it is located is large, as the people in charge of this restaurant are friendly

Concerning the elevators are narrow and the lighting in the rooms is insufficient. Also, the lobby is very dimly lit, or in other words non-existent, and the pictures on the site do not match the reality. The price of the room is illogical in relation to the possibilities. There are no places for entertainment. Wi-Fi is almost ineffective and slow.

Very good

The staff were friendly, especially Abbas, Volkan, and Mert. Abbas is very calm and helps with everything quickly. Volkan is friendly and knows Arabic, so it's much easier for Arabs to deal with him. Mert is kind and finds a solution to problems Breakfast was fine, but they need to improve it.

what bothered me the most was the opening of the room door by housekeeping, although the "don't disturb" button was on.

It was good, we liked this hotel because of İTS property, comforting room, appréciable breakfast. And a very hospitable hostess from thé office manager Orhan. A pleasant ambiance, peace and quiet.

Meets anyone's requirements

The hotel is perfect, location is so close to the tram and metro stations, it is clean and relaxing place especially the room with the splendid view toward the sea, breakfast is open-buffet with charming view, the staff is good and Mr.Orhan the manager is so kind and so generous.

Not a great stay

Breakfast was really good

There was very little lighting in the room. The rooms were not soundproof at all. You could listen everything from the other rooms. We came back from a restaurant at 11 pm and they asked us to see our passports without giving any reasons when we were already staying there for last two days. All of them don't understand English. The bathroom door in the room was not a normal lock door, it was a sliding door with a gap in between the wall and the door.
