one of the worst experience of my life

I booked 2 nights in this hotel，the room they give is not the same as I booked，when I contact the service team，they just give me two options： either they cancel my order and let me book a new hotel or live in the house right now，but when I arrive the hotel it‘s 6pm at night，the wind of the santorini island is very cold，how am I suppose to book a new hotel and leave immediately？But I really don‘t want to live in the different room，then I try to contact their team to cancel my order they just ignore it.My request is very basic：to live the room I booked.They change the room I booked until second day，I thought there won‘t have any problems this time，but hot tub water is cold，the shower cubicle water will only be hot for a while and then it get cold.

Loved our room, beautiful location

Magnificent location Extra friendly staff, including the porter man who met us at the post office explained everything on the way to our room, carried 2 large cases on his own and then stayed with us until the internet, air con and all questions answered before he left us to settle in.

Cats… ok if you like cats, as soon as breakfast arrived so did the cats, we stayed 3 nights and during our first breakfast a cat was coughing and then was sick on our balcony… Something needs to be done about these feral cats. One stage there were 3 cats hovering around… Paid over $300 per night to be dodging cats.

It was a great location with a lovely view. The staff were good and helpful.

However, they will need to use professionals for cleaning the rooms and for making breakfast. The breakfast was very poor and cold.

Our favorite place out of all our destinations.

The views from our villa were stunning. We woke up pinching ourselves every morning when eating breakfast on the terrace. Absolutely amazing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Would come back and recommended to our friends.

Amazing location and caldera view with breath taking sunsets and sunrises. This villa was off the main tourist attraction so it felt very private and quiet. The villa’s kitchen was well stocked and had all the basic kitchen ware needed for eating/coffee. The three queen beds were very comfortable and sleep area felt spacious although it was open concert cave setting without doors. The manager, porters, housekeeping and everyone was so kind and professional.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay but we didn’t like the tiling outdoor. We dont think this is property’s fault but the hot tub water makes it extremely slippery so we would just be very careful when stepping out. Lay down towels to help from slipping.

Highly recommend

Beautiful cave room with a breathtaking view. Close to the castle and shops in Oia. Staff was excellent.

It was in a perfect location but there were lots of stairs to climb up and down.

I want to thank the staff from the guys who helped with the luggage, the kind and sweet cleaning lady,Ezeni,and Nikolas.

I would like to say the staff was amazing everyone was so kind and helpful. The location was beyond words it was so perfect I almost cried from looking at the view. The villa was clean and it looked exactly like the photos in the booking. I will tell all my friends and family to book this villa it’s the best. Thank you Ezeni and Nikolas for always checking on us you made our stay so wonderful and memorable.

I can’t say anything bad. I liked everything about this property. I hope whom ever reads this review please consider booking this property. you will not be disappointed at all with anything.

Wonderful Amaya Serenity Villa in Santorini

Our Villa was the Amaya Serenity Villa We were picked up from the airport and check in was very easy. The Villa is quite private much more so than many other properties in Santorini. The Villa is beautiful with a large deck overlooking the Caldera. There is a swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi. We enjoyed both! We were treated to a cooked breakfast every day . The position of the Villa is perfect right next to the Previolas Market In conclusion I think this Villa provides everything you need for a wonderful Santorini holiday.

Nicolas was extremely gracious and helpful. Airport transfers were seamless. The views were stunning and breakfast was a nice touch. The villa we stayed at was in a prime location, at the foot of the old fort of oia castle and meters from the steps that descend to ammoudi bay.

Awesome 10th anniversary in Windmill Oia

Excellent location in Oia with a breath-taking view, just at the beginning of the 10km trekking route towards Fira (highly recommended). The breakfast was super good and plenty. The communication with the owner is via WhatsApp.

Wonderful stay and excellent hosting, beautiful view and perfect breakfast. We love it.

Excellent breakfast (ladies waiters are very carefully with the guests, complete breakfast), excellent services in cleaning maintenance or organizing other activities, in conclusion perfect hosting. The view is incredible, the location is in the middle of everything (Oia center on Caldera side) but still in the exclusive and private area with total privacy. We had enough amenities, towels and the personnel was more than sufficient in solving our problems. The host, Ms. Ezeni is totally dedicated to her clients and is solving all requests. Transfer (with supplementary cost) to the Aeroporto/Port is smooth and fast and the personnel is carrying the luggage to the very location.

1. In the small bath was some unidentified smell (not critical, but maybe a quick maintenance is required). 2. Not negative, more like an observation: the photos presented by the owner in booking.com are of a general presentation, due to the fact that the owner is renting several apartments or villas, located in various places, so, it is easy for a not very carefully client to confuse the types of apartments/villas in process of choosing the type of location. Someone expects to find a villa with a swimming pool and instead finds an apartment with a hot tub only. Although the description in words of the rented place specifies exactly and correct what is being rented and what to be expected at the location!

Incredible stay!

Incredible stay! The hot tub with a view was particularly impressive - an awesome way to spend time in a visually stunning place. Comfortable beds, terrific service, excellent breakfast, spacious villa, great location. We brought our toddler and the layout worked really well with the big bed in one room and the twin room in the other room. Super highly recommend and amazing stay!

The shower in our room was like a shower for toddlers. Very quirky design although our toddler loved it

Exceptional

Super good location, villa just locates at the entrance of Oia village, easy for you to either go in further to explore Oia, or return, and you no need to drag your luggage climb all the hills to reach your room ;). The room is comfortable, the view is exceptional, the staff are welcoming. I am sure I will return soon.
