Weekend a Barcelona

😀 - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was superb, all very friendly and helpful. Apartment were spacious and extremely clean. In fact the whole building was spotless. The location for us was great.

Really comfortable, great location to metro and shops

Very spacious and clean, amazing large balcony . Loads of lovely coffe shops within 2 min walk and metro is just outside of the front door

The need to pay by credit card via a different payment platform than Booking is a nusance, it sholud be said straightforward that payment will be handled by Barcelona4Seasons via a different payment provider, witohut any credit card confimation on booking.

cumbersome booking process

good size apartment with well equipped kitchen facility

it was a very cumbersome booking process, annoying registrations forms and several entries of payment details to finish. parking was an extra charge even though the ad indicated it was included. sleeping space for two children was a small uncomfortable sofa. no signs to find dedicated parking spot and finally no dropbox for parking keys requiring you to take car out of parking and then going back up to apartment to leave keys.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect once arrived in/at the location and after leaving. We were there for the show and it has never been so easy to get to the Fira since 20 years!

Only 2 things, specially for new visitors and foreigners: the address direction was kind of impossible to find even by GoogleMaps :-) Finding the first access to the building with the link was also irritating even for a computer engineer as myself :--( Anyway, next time to Barcelona , I would love to be there

Disappointing

No notice of the person having an emergency and unable to show up at the time set. No compensation provided. Sofa was unconfortable especially for a work trip. We are not students partying and we needed a confortable sofa bed.

Perfect stay, perfect location and quiet with great views

Apartment was lovely, clean, quiet and just what we needed. Only thing is cupboards in the kitchen were very high for a short person like me (thankfully have a tall partner) and there wasn’t no bottle opener for our wine but we just asked the very kind barman downstairs and he opened them for us. Location was great with the metro right outside. We did walk back from the city one night and it only took about 45mins. Communication with property from the very beginning has been excellent nothing has been too much trouble to ask. Hopefully we’ll get over for a visit again soon and if we do we’ll be booking here. Thanks again!

Kitchen cupboards too high, maybe need a small stool for standing on. A bottle opener for wine.

Great apt, great location near my conference, train nearby to explore city. Super-responsive hosts.

I loved that the building is right next to the underground station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and you can control the temperature. There is a lovely private balcony, and I sat out on it at least once every day. There are also restaurants nearby and an absolutely fantastic one about 30 yards away. There was a washing machine and dishwasher, but I did not stay long enough to use those.

It was my own fault - I couldn't find the building, and then I couldn't figure out how to use the electronic entry key to the building. Once I got in the building, I was easily able to open the door to the apartment electronically, and the physical keys were on the table. One thing that could have been made clearer is that the key fob (which I thought was just a key ring) opened the exterior door to the building. The neighbors had an infant and a dog, so I could occasionally hear the baby cry or the dog bark, but that is to be expected in a residential building. The one thing that I truly did not like, though, is that you have to throw your trash out when you depart. I THINK I was supposed to use the public trash cans on the street outside of the apartment, and that was awkward because I could not figure out which cans where recycling, etc. so I took most of my trash with me each day and disposed of it at my conference venue.

Superb

Very comfortable, clean and stilish appartments with personal parking. The host is always in touch and helps with all problems. Metro is very closed to the appartments, so it is easy to reach every place in Barcelona

everything was perfect for me but you need to be your smartphone to check in, not for everybody I guess. neighbourhood is very businesslike but it was where i needed to be!

Superb

The location is not the most charming - but it is very close to Fira Gran Via which is why we booked the apartment

The kitchen had almost no utensils - cooking would be almost impossible.

Great location near the METRO and airport.

Very close to a METRO station which was great. There is also a mall within a 10 minute walking distance where you can easily pick up groceries/supplies!

I wish it was closer to the beach - LOL. Only missing an extra comforter/blanket for the pullout bed that was it.

The location of the facility is very good. But 2 bed for 3 men is not good

The facility is very close to the fair and shopping center. The metro is also so close

The facility offered us a room with 2 beds, even though we said we were men for 3 people. Accommodation was very difficult for us.

The location to the Fira is more than perfect

Unfortunately it was not very clean, especially in the bathroom. long dark hair on the floor and in the shower and hair on the shower head. Maybe the cleaner had a bad day.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and would certainly stay again.

It was 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minute walk each day to my venue. Shopping centre 5 minutes walk which includes a supermarket.
