The grounds with 1000 year old Olive tree’s & spectacular pool.
Our host Sylvia so attentive assisting with numerous recommendations and bookings for us. The breakfasts also were amazingly freshly cooked, prepared & served.
Probably the provided hair drier could be updated.

Our stay at L'Ulivo was wonderful. Two minutes by car to the beautiful seaside town of Savelletri. The facilities were perfect and Silvia, her staff and Toto were amazing. Breakfast was something we looked forward to as Silvia cooked and baked everything and presented it beautifully. She was extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. Our room was a generous size and spotless with air conditioning and very good wifi. The pool was a bonus, and great to relax by after a long day exploring. It is clear that there is pride and passion to please their quests and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

A tranquil oasis - very well located to must see towns. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Welcomed like a member of the family.
nothing to dislike.

We had the most wonderful 7 days stay at this lovely masseria. Everything from welcoming us (Silvia contacted us before arriving to make sure that everything flaws flawlessly), to location, accommodation, lovely garden and pool, breakfast (delicious hand made cakes and local specialities) exceeded our expectations. Our host was so kind to always give us the best recommendation on where to go to beaches, what to see and restaurants.
The atmosphere in this family masseria is absolutely welcoming and kind. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

This place is MAGIC. Silvia was more than welcoming, with everything she did extra, she exceeded my expectations, and I have to say I only book 5 stars hotels. The property is much more beautiful in reality than in the photos, maybe it was the first time it happened that reality was better than the expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with everything prepared so carefully from local products. Tasty, rich, great selection of sweets and fruits, with enough courses you could choose from. The pool is super clean and well maintained, the place feels as if you are the first client there. The bicycles are very useful, as it is far more beautiful to ride a bike towards the beach through masserias and olive trees than by car. I think that somehow, even though the owner has no control over who books a room there, the guests are choosing the host as well as the host is choosing the guests. Everything was perfect!

L'ulivo is a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. Service a cleanliness are impeccable, breakfast is almost a la carte :) The pool and garden area is beautiful and has a modern shower with a touch of nature located under an olive tree.
Places to check: Coccaro beach club is nice for an evening dinner, the restaurants in the area that are a bit more upscale require a reservation 2-3 days in advance, some - weeks in advance. For swimming and sunbathing we were going further towards Rosa Marina, where the beaches are bigger, more sandy than rocky and cleaner, with beautiful turqoise water. Prices for 2 chairs and a parasol with a table differ greatly though, depending on the services and the state of the private beach. Paying more is worth it, if you opt for a paid beach. If you do not want to pay a lot, it's better to go early morning to a wild/free beach, there is plenty of those between Torre Canne and Rosa Marina. Car is a necessity. Rental plus from Bari is good. Opt for full insurance to avoid having any issues or additional charges later. Beware of ZTLs and Speed cameras, use WAZE instead of google maps, as both are bad, but WAZE is a bit better with private zones. Try and avoid speeding tickets, they can reach you unexpectedly within 12 month after your trip and, as you know, penalties in Italy double and triple during the period of non payment.
If you plan on using wifi - do not count on it being steady or enough for videocalls. This place is not remote work friendly unless you have your own internet (but the reception will also be bad). This place is not meant for work :)

Absolutely stunning property, bikes that you can use to go to the beach and town center nearby, olive trees, pool, simple and clean rooms, amazing breakfast and Silvia the owner who is an incredible host.
Nothing. Silvia made our stay so enjoyable and went out of her way to make us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at L'Ulivo. Silvia is an excellent host whose perfectionism shows in every detail of her excellent b&b. From the delicious breakfast (including her homemade cakes) to the spotless rooms and well-kept garden to her great recommendations for sites to visit in Puglia and the wonderful pool surrounded by olive trees. There is only a handful of rooms which really adds to a very relaxing atmosphere - you often have the garden and pool completely to yourself (not that you would need that with so many beautiful cities and beaches right around the corner).
It's a bit unusual and takes getting used to that you have to wear a bathing cap in the pool

The host was amazing and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Make sure to try the amazing breakfast she makes every day from scratch (including amazing olive oil from right there on the premises). The masseria is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and bedding and great air conditioning.

The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning with typical pastries baked on the same morning. The host is really friendly and the place is extremely clean.
