It's only ok. Very expensive, they have no care. Take your own food

The staff were awesome

They told us that there was a BBQ Meat Buffet $45 per head. It was all roast food, no bbq meats at all, the worse cheap horrible food I'd ever eaten, and what makes this even more horrible you couldn't order anything else on the menu. Hideaway is way over expensive. Never again

Back to basics island stopover

Beautiful back to basics stay. We didn't have very nice weather but will be back when it's warmer. Stayed in a palm cabin which was as expected and satisfied our needs. Bring a blanket in winter. Lovely walks, bistro food was great, perfect location, had an amazing time!

The weather, not the Hideaway's fault though.

Easy access to well managed island with coral reefs to explore

We liked the Putney cottage accom, the weather and the opportunity to snorkel at nearby reefs

Still value for money.

The renovated room was good. Air con was fresh. lots a fresh drinking water. Food was good. Great value for money really.

I didnt like the sofa bed quality. Your paying for the person to sleep and you get a poor quality bed. The food took far to long to come out. 1 hr for a breakfast with not a lot of people ordering. The staff need more training.

it’s a great spot for all outdoor activities such as walking, snorkelling, swimming and kayaking. perfect location and hospitality staff were good

we could here the neighbours through the wall. power problem in the room and we were told we’d get a small refund, instead a credit for next booking. Didn’t appreciate the change of promise.

Love Keppel, but a little disappointed this time.

Cant beat the location and ease of getting there.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Ran out of hot water. Christmas meal pack didnt include half of what it said it would.

Lovely friendly Staff, Great Cocktails, Beautiful location, the rooms need upgrading esp the bathrooms. Thanks for having us enjoyed our family time together.

absolutely beautiful place and people, highly recommend everyone to have this experience

the bar/bistro was perfect, and the staff were lovely and willing to help with anything we asked or needed. Emma from Kahuna massages was the best way to end a week of bushwalking and swimming

The only thing we didn’t like was the smell from our bathroom

Loved the beach and the atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly

Our meals weren't the nicest. Especially dinner the veggies were hard and meat wasn't cooked to what was asked.

The island itself was beautiful, even though the weather was a little crazy.

The Hideaway Bistro staff were amazing and really tried to go out of their way for anything requested.
