Everything. Can’t say anything better as it is clean, good value, staff is EXTRA helpful (as long as their clients are clean and respectful). The food was great and they were willing to help us look for transport to and from the train station.

Good hotel in great location. We would stay there again.

Very well located in the town centre. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious and a good breakfast was provided.

Towels in the bathroom are small and a little threadbare but they were very clean.

The hotel was ok for my 3 night stay. Good for the price.

Would never return

location

I travel around the world and have never been treated this way before. No one was here to check me in and the next morning when I met the receptionist she was aggressive, belittling, judgmental and just plain mean. All I was trying to do was book a table in the restaurant and she told me, “I am not your slave” After traveling for days I wanted to shower and nap but since it was no phone in the room I had to come back down to make a reservation. She would not help me. The hotel is not worth this abuse!

Good air-conditioned room in the centre of Saint Maximin la Saint Baume.

I thought the breakfast could have been more generous and served more attentively. I thought there might be a bit more luxury for the price but I was very happy with my stay.

I don't recommend this hotel; it's overpriced and was unpleasant to stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, very close to the Basilica. There is an AC in the room. The iron is available upon request.

Overall, I don't recommend this hotel: it's overpriced, Wi Fi is so weak that I couldn't use it at all and have to sit downstairs to work on my computer. On top of that, Anne, one of the three receptionists, was extremely rude. I travel a lot and never met such low behavior. Also, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The other two receptionists were attentive and tried to be helpful, though.

Comfy, clean hotel in good location.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice location. The staff was very helpful, we had late check in and it's was not too much trouble.

A good buzz

The Room we had was large and also very clean. We would go back as the location was in the centre.

We had a nice dinner and the staff were very good. Only problem was the 2 steaks we had weren’t the best. Breakfast was fine but nothing hot was offered in way of eggs etc. My bug bear , in many hotels including this is there is not freshly squeezed Orange juice .. final point was the internet wasn’t great - maybe we were unlucky Parking a little way away was fine and tickets needed between 9am - 7pm
