Very nice enjoyable stay overall.

The location and the property itself were really nice

The hot tub was not working and we weren’t informed before our trip. There was no toaster for bread and not much cleaning supplies for the house. Also no extra tissue was provided

Красивая вилла,очень хорошее расположение ☺️

Хозяева не отвечали на звонки,чекин был в 16:00 мы приехали на место,было очень грязно… система умный дом лагала,ночь в одной из комнат включался свет, открывались закрывались шторы.

On first view it’s a beautiful villa but when you look closer, it’s not so shiny.

The views were stunning from the balconies and the roof terraces. The rooms, outsides spaces and roof terraces were huge. The kitchen was clean, well equipped and modern.

The lack of information about the area and shabbiness of the building. There were no instructions for the complex electronic systems in the villa. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the staff were unable to help. Extra charges for use of the BBQ. Lack of curtains in the bedrooms.

A szállásadó nem vette fel a telefont ,egyszer sem.Az ottlétünk alatt valószínűleg csőtőrés volt.Folyamatosan állt a víz a konyhában.Nem kaptunk segítséget.

Worst stay!!!

Worst stay! the villa is nice but very neglected and the staff rude and unhelpful. The first day the lights didn't work, the jacuzzi couldn't be accessed because there were too many chemicals in it, and when someone took a shower there was a lot of dirty water coming out of the kitchen drains that smelled.We reported all faults on the first day of our stay, but the staff did nothing about it! Throughout our stay, the house smelt very strongly of septic tanks and sewage, making it unlivable. The staff pretended to try to fix the faults and tried to extort money from us for the repairs. They did not offer us any compensation for our unsuccessful stay. I highly do not recommend this place!

Amazing Villa close to the beach

This Villa is amazing! I would 10000% stay here again, it is perfect for a big group, more than spacious and everything is basically brand new. There was ample parking, the view from the hot tub is gorgeous and its a 10min drive from the harbor and a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. I would definitely recommend this! We also got great recommendations of restaurants, bars etc from Dimitri who was so helpful and friendly when checking in!

Nice house, great facilities, a bit pricy.

Very nice & clean house with great facilities.

The jacuzzi was not working the first and the last day of our two night staying! Even though the hospitality team did their best to fix the issues as fast as possible, the jacuzzi itself needs to warm up for several hours before we could use it again.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor organisation. Ruined our holiday.

We spent the weekend at one of the villas. The villa itself was nice, would I stay here again? No unfortunately not. It could of been so much better, and we paid quite a lot! We had to text the number numerous times for little things like the wifi password, which should of been told on check in. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. I did inform them of all my problems on check out, but the man didn’t seem that bothered. I thought I’d write them here, so people can have an insight of what you get for £500 a night as there are not any reviews here!

My reasons why I wouldn’t stay again... 1. You have to go via the sky prime office to check in, this is miles away from the villa. I emailed the day before and they said I could arrive between 12-1. I got there at 12.15 after a long drive with two kids. They said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour! Poor organisation. 2. I got to the villa at 1.15, they said the lift wasn’t working. My friend had a bad knee which was one of the reasons we booked this villa so she didn’t have to climb up 4 flights of steps! Again, very poor service. No apology, nothing. 3. The fridge had only been turned on when got there meaning it took ages to cool. 4. The juccuzzi on the roof - nice touch, if they turn up the heat before you get there... they didn’t! It was on 20 degrees when we got there, it took a full night for it to warm up which was meaning we couldn’t go in the first night. Waste of time / money. 5. The ipads. So each room has a little iPad and there’s an iPad on the wall in the corridors to control the whole house, sounds clever but it’s really not. To turn the bathroom light on you need to go to the door of the bedroom rather than the door of the bathroom (which is really confusing at 2am when you wake up needing the toilet!) The wardrobe lights don’t go off, they flash in every room. They kept one of my children awake, which was really annoying! (The rooms are also not black out) Another problem with the iPads, the hot water isn’t on automatically, which we never got told on check in. Which meant we lost a hour of our day waiting for hot water to come on, then the next day it had just gone off again! We couldn’t even get hot water in the kitchen. 6. We had ants, lots of ants!!! 7. So you think your getting a “luxury villa” but they don’t tell you none of the luxury is actually included! To have a bbq you need to pay extra, to have a coffee you need to pay extra, which for over £500 a night you’d expect these to be included!
