Not good experience.

The location.

The food was horrible. Geyser doesn't heat up quickly and two-person can't bathe with a fully loaded geyser. I had to give it an hour before another person could bathe. Room heather should be free of cost. 2 guys running around like a headless chicken to help all the guests.

I like the service.

I have booked 2 rooms on 28/12/22 to 30/12/22 price of 2 room 36000 but room is like budget hotel room bathroom comot was not fix properly no spray it is like 1500 to 2000 room again when we checkout they give me bill of Rs 8500 +500 gst but thebill is normal hand written bill,i ask them to give me gst bill they told me give me your gst number we will mail you proper bill,i will give my gst number then manager told me that you pay the amount i will send you gst bill in your mail but i hadn't received any mail till date

Lovely place, great staff, slightly higher prices.

Food and especially the cook was fantastic, the local driver from the hotel who took us around was very good too.

Pricing was way too high, we were the only ones in the resort and yet on your website it showed full and high pricing.

Great View. Good service once we reached hotel.

Power outage most of the time. Road to reach hotel is complicated and almost 60% towards Auli from Joshimath. We tried calling the hotel contact person listed on booking.com but he was not picking phone for almost an hr. resulting in us taking wrong / dangerous route

Amazing stay and experience

The location is lovely. The rooms are awesome. The climate is amazing. The staff is very helpful. Ashish was a gem of a person to help us with the siteseeing itenary and travel. A place to go again to.

There is no fan or tv in the room but this is not a problem.

never go by the pictures. but I definitely liked the staff who were helpful and courteous. the scenery is beautiful around the property.

the location is good but secluded if you travelling alone.

Cozy room among picturesque settings.

The location just blows your mind as you enter. We visited in March and the place is surrounded by snow capped mountains on all sides! The property manager Ashish was very warm and friendly, he accompanied us on a walk and kept us entertained. When we visited, the property had 2 very cute Bhutiya puppies which kept our kid entertained throughout. Accommodation was modest. A kettle for boiling water was provided. Heater could be rented on per night basis. Hot water was available throughout the day in the bathroom. Food options were limited, but upon our request the manager did try to add a little variety during our stay which was nice. Mobile network strength of Airtel is excellent at this location.

We felt the place would have been a tad more clean. For example, the flask in the room was probably not washed in a long time, and the puppies often wandered into the dining area, which guests may not be comfortable with. The property does not have a fully functional restaurant, and as a result often times guests have to go all the way to JoshiMath or Auli for lunch. Both JoshiMath and Auli are ~5 kms away from this place. If food orders are not placed in advance, you may end up with nothing to eat. We reached the place at lunchtime after driving from Rudraprayag and there was no food, so had to venture out in search of food. While the hotel is located at a very picturesque place, there are no good restaurants available in the vicinity. Sound proofing was not enough in the rooms, since the location is exceptionally quiet unlike cities. Sound travels very easily and we could hear everything going on in our neighbouring rooms.

Family vacation in Utttarakhand

The location was great and the view was excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Place was very neat and clean. Food was very good and tasty. Response time of the staff in attending to our requirements was very nice. The extra bed provided for the third adult was very good.

Booking.com can add a note "Extra bed for the third adult will be provided"
