Angry about the situation will not come back

From the outside looks good.

Lack of parking space another vehicle blocked mine had to complain to every person from the staff and no help, waited for about half a hour from the hotel staff to find de owner , security staff in parking lot not doing their job.

Instalaciones muy nuevas bonitas y limpias

Por el precio que cuesta el hotel por la calidad de sus servicios es cara: Internet deficiente en las habitaciones imposible trabajar me queje 2 veces y no solucionaron, el agua de la ducha fria y en la gran mayoria de hoteles en la habitacion vienen un par de botellines de agua de cortesia. No fue el caso. Entonces una habitacion de 100USD hay que exigir unos minimos

I will not be staying here again

cockroaches in our room. Policy requires to pay up front and there are NO REFUNDS! We tried to get a refund due to the cockroaches. We were charged inconsistently for breakfast. You’ll be charged $15 dollars for additional towels.

Overall my family had a great stay and the experience was awesome.

location is perfect ! Staff was great . Very clean . I’m a Gym addict and the Gym there was outstanding for a hotel . My kids loved the daily breakfast. we will be back for sure .

No dish soap or paper towels in the kitchen apartment.

I thought I had a transaction issue. The hotel promptly and proffesionally handled the matter and resolved my issue. The Hotel is well insulated from city noise, and is great place for a clean, comfortable and relaxing evening after a long day.

Great hotel, great pool, great staff, bad restaurant

Great location, staff was very friendly. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was incredible. I would, and will stay here again in the future.

The pool needs to be cleaned a bit more often but overall was fantastic. The only negative experience we had was with the hotel restaurant. We walked in and asked to see menu's to see if we wanted to eat there or not. They offered us water and we accepted. The prices were outrageous and so we decided to go somewhere else for lunch. The water cost us (approx) $2.50. I don't recall the exact amount. It's cheesy. If you are going to serve someone bottled water that costs money (instead of filtered water that is in many restaurants in Nicaragua) you should let people know there is a charge first. The money isn't a big deal, it's just a bit shady / cheesy really.
