Struttura perfetta per un week end. Stanze molto piccole con l’indispensabile. Posizione perfetta peccato per la via non

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. Periodo agosto quindi non si può pretendere troppo.

Posizione super in centro ma la via di sera si riempie di senzatetto che fanno uso di sostanze. Rischio di pestare delle siringhe! Questione di 100m ma veramente un gran peccato, non è ovviamente colpa della struttura ma fa comunque parte dell’esperienza.

Petit hôtel très sympathique !

L’emplacement était très bien ! Les horaires d’arrivée et de sortie aussi très arrangeant. Le personnel que ce soit les dames de chambre, le réceptionniste, le propriétaire : top !

Petit bémol pour le bruit de la rue mais en ville il faut s’y attendre !

Comfy room close the station

Kettle and cooking plate were provided. Location was within walking distance from the station and beach.

A bit small room and bathroom. Homeless people/drug addicts on the street, with strong smell of piss.

It was centrally located and the reception guy was very nice.

I have mixed feeling about this hotel, from the one hand it’s centrally located and from the other, it is full of drug addicts in front of the hotel. I traveled solo so after 8 pm I didn’t get out as it was very uncomfortable, you could also see needles and smell the pee outside of the place. The room was very small and could use a bit of renovation, the bedsheets were stinky. It definitely has potential but needs a bit of effort input.

Enjoyed Nice.

The gentleman at reception went out of his way to help us & we had an early check-in which was fantastic. the location of the hotel is good. close to the station & the centre of town.

There was only one bed for two of us. the room was extremely small.

good deal

location was perfect, just few minutes walking distance from beach, old town and train station. stuff was really nice . bathroom was nice and clean. good bang for a buck.

the room was really small and in pretty bad condition, bed was bent and uncomfortable.

There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke coming from the ventilation hole of the rooms. The blanket was very thin and there was no toilet paper, we had to buy our own

This was s a good and affordable hotel in a great location.

The room was very clean. Having a full size fridge was great, as it allowed me to buy breakfast stuff plus store cold drinks Good and quiet aircon Convenient location Good WiFi worktop Hob good for warming food Good firm bed

Great location for short business trips for a good price!

Great central location, ideal for low cost business visits. The personel is very friendly and helpfull.

It has all key aspects, however their state is a bit on the low side. The shower has a curtain, the bed is low on the floor and the airco has a hart time keeping up. But, it all does its job and its functional.

Best value for money in the centre of Nice

Staff was incredibly pleasant and willing to help. Location is sensational as you are within walking distance from everything, just off the main street. The room was facing the courtyard, so not much of a view, but we were outside most of the time and at night it was very quiet. It came with a kitchenette, which was handy. If you're travelling on a budget, and you're not too fussed about the size of your room, this is the best value for money.

Cleaning only happens if you request it at the reception and can be easily arranged at a fee of 10eur. We were happy to pay, but it would be nice to know the extra costs in advance, so you can plan for it.

Good price for location. Small.

We really like the location, it being in a quiet side street close to the main station, tram and 10 minutes walk to beach. The room had all the facilities described but was very small. There was no cleaning because of Covid. On request we were given clean towels, toilet rolls and rubbish bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a softer mattress on request.

The room was very small. We had planned to cook and eat some meals in the room but we found it too crowded.

I loved Nice, It was an enjoyable stay.

It was a fantastic experience. The room was extremely clean. The receptionists were such nice people. We have everything in the room, all the cooking utensils, including a microwave. The hotel is near the main street. You can easily walk anywhere you want or you can take the tram.

I don't have any problem with the room. Yes it was a tiny room but when you think like you're in France it's normal.

Friendly staff, great location and thats allthe good things about a tiny, old room with a bad smell.

Location was just perfect. In the heart of the city, close to the tram and the train station is like a 5-minute walk. Stuff was super nice, friendly and with a smile in their face.

Bed felt like a bunk! The room had a bad smell. The shower was tiny, i barely got inside and when you are inside, you feel stuck. The room is super small. There is no screen door to block out the insects, the floor was shaking, the noises of the doors are killing your sleep.
