Everything was perfect! Staff were extremelly frendly! They have a free transfer anywhere, and very comfortable to text them in Whatsup\Telegram when you are living there, they do anything for your good stay! They don't have a restaurant on territory, but all the food is brought from a fine nearest restaurant, which indicates the quality of the products and cooking. Many people call Thailand the land of smiles, but I would say that now it is Cambodia! Give them tips sometimes, they deserve it with their work and attitude

I just want to wish that there would be a little more variety for breakfast, as well as brewed coffee, freshly squeezed juices. And about the pool - it looks more like a big bath, of course - it's not deep, but it's quite suitable to refresh yourself on the terrace, it's convenient, but don't expect to jump into

Nice villa in the greenery

The staff were great. The pool was nice (a bit to small). The location wasn't great, but they made up for it by taking you to the city at no cost. The food was great, every breakfast was rich and big. Through them we organized visits. They organized tours for us, provided drivers. The villa was a little bit outdated, but totally hidden in the greenery, so it's totally private.

It's not quite enough space for 3 people, since the third person was accommodated in the kitchen/dining area. A huge bathroom, but the sink was in the bedroom. We are walkers, and because of the location (down a narrow laneway), we couldn't go out without them.

Not really worth it!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was super confortable

The all place could use some love! Breakfast was subpar for a property of this range, items where missing from the listed set was was described has a fruit plater was maybe 6 pieces of fruit on a plate and not really fresh, one pice of bread was actually moldy, the access to the property is terrible and the area not great!

Wonderful family-run private villas halfway between Angkor and SR downtown.

I would like to thank Mr. Frank, his Family and Staff for a wonderful way. From the first moment Mr. Frank has been a wonderful host, flexible, helping us with everything. The location is conveniently located halfway between Angkor Wat and the downtown area. The tuk-tuk driver who was taking us around was fantastic, very kind and fun to be around. While there are many good price-to-value ratio stays (including big hotel chains) in Siem Reap, I am happy I could support a local, family run business. The place is ideal for a family, we were visiting with our 21 month old infant and she was treated also very kindly and enjoyed everything.

fantastic villa, amazing service from Frank and team!!

fantastic facilities with a shower with strong water pressure. pool on upper deck was also great which we made plenty of use of. all had cable as well with a good set up inside. amazing service from Frank and his team. he organized everything for us and was outstanding from start to finish. we would definitely recommend the villa and his outstanding service.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at De Sarann Villa. The rooms are well furnished, the bathroom is spacious and the private pool on the rooftop terrace is a great place to refresh and relax after returning from an exhausting visit of the temples. The very attentive, yet unobtrusive service provided by Frank and his team is especially noteworthy.

A second reading lamp at the bed would be an improvement.

Great villa experience! wonderful stay!

We love every moment of our stay at this beautiful villa. The private pool is amazing with its peaceful surrounding! They delivered foods to our Villa and Tuk Tuk shuttle to down town was truly amazing! Thank you for being so accommodated and we will come back!

Firstly, thanks for our unforgettable trip. Very welcoming and friendly absolutely all the staff. solved our problems at the first request. Large villa with a rooftop pool. New repair. Landscaped Territory. Tasty breakfast. Possibility to order food from the restaurant in the room all day. They provide comfortable cars with English-speaking drivers for rent. free knock knock on the city. Massage in the room. We felt very comfortable and safe. Near the center and Angkor Wat. Thanks a lot again.
