Exceptional

The apartment was very clean and the bed super comfy. The owner was very helpful. The air fryer was a bonus. Just a short walk away from the Clifford Gardens Mall

Fantastic place to stay. Great staff, awesome value

Great spot, the staff were so helpful and kind . The space is so comfortable and spacious

More pillows and extra blankets, but I should've requested it. Also the throw blanket just had a little spot of spilled juice or something. But didn't really bother us

Very good

Was nice and clean and thank you for investigating into good mattresses. We had a good sleep.

Could stock the place with a bit more toilet paper. Also no bin plastic bags left.

Friendly, Neat, clean and convenient.

The managers were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances (washing machine, dryer and fridge) were high quality, the managers did supply us with an air fryer because the apartment didn’t have an oven.

The garage parking wasn’t ideal for larger vehicles, had to park my vehicle outside but it was directly in front of our accommodation. The accommodation didn’t have an oven.

Pleasant and comfortable for what we needed

Hospitality and friendly welcome from the owner was great. We only stayed 1 night so for us was what we needed.

Possibly could have had some complimentary tea and coffee. The small courtyard was in need of a good weeding, however new owners and they are onto several maintenance projects around the units.

Convenient and easy.

Location was great, self-contained was a bonus, plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and always available even for an early checkout on Sunday morning.

Bathrooms were not particularly clean. The light in the driveway was on all night and made the second bedroom too bright to sleep in, so we had to put a blanket over the light to be able to sleep. Either thicker blinds or lights that turn off after 10pm would be helpful.

Wasn’t clean - bugs, cockroaches running around. Mould outside. Little bugs in the bed. Bathroom wasn’t clean.

Very good

This property has been under new management for just one week and they have started upgrading the units already. The service was exceptional with a warm welcome and all needs quickly met. I really appreciated the spacious apartment and garage provided with internal access. Would definitely stay there again.
