Mittelklasse Hotel - mit gutem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich fein.

Das Hotel wird wie ein Boutique Hotel oder zumindest als sehr stylisch angepriesen. Ich finde das kommt gar nicht hin. Es ist ein gutes, Mittelklasse - Hotel. Unser Zimmer war zum Hof im 3 ten Stock. Es war sehr dunkel und es war alles schon sehr abgewohnt. Es war alles da was man in einem Hotelzimmer braucht , aber das Zimmer war definitiv nicht einladend oder außergewöhnlich- so wie ich es bei einem Boutiquehotel erwarten würde

Liian kallis, vaikka vuode oli loistava ja hiljaista oli yöllä!

Ihan hyvä aamiainen, mutta suppeampi kuin isoilla hotelliketjuilla.

Vastaanotto tullessa oli hieman viileä (n. klo 17 ) Mutta aamulla molemmat vastaanottovirkailijat olivat todella mukavia.

Fantastic hotel, would love to return

Great modern, clean and spacious room, fantastic breakfast with many choices and the staff are really friendly and approachable.

Nothing - I travelled around Europe for three weeks and this was the best room I had on the trip (price was similar to the others I stayed at).

Hotel ist okay, geht aber auch besser

Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut und auch die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Die Sauberkeit der Tische beim Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Die benutzten Tische wurden länger nicht abgeräumt, was kein schöner Anblick ist. Vom Spa-Bereich darf man sich nichts erwarten.

Location, helpful staff, range of choices at breakfast, excellent supper the one evening that I ate there.

Unfortunately the steam room was out of order.

I've been here many times and like to go back.

This is my preferred hotel in Helsinki. The location is excellent, the rooms and beds comfortable (except for too thick duvets) and the bathrooms have good mirrors and lights and space for toiletry bags. The breakfast is very good (except for the tea that has been changed to lower quality) and the restaurant is rather good, too.

Bring back better quality tea for breakfast! I would also prefer thinner duvets as I could not reduce the room temperature enough. The room had a faint smell of sweat about it (maybe some upholstery that cannot be cleaned?).

Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived really late so they explained what apps to download to get food delivered. Room was really big and comfortable. Staff were happy to store luggage too

Good sized room, heated floor in the bathroom, and a great rain shower. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had so many great choices, all fresh and inviting.

Quiet room in a good location

Good location with a tram to the main train station just outside. There is a restaurant within the hotel and a number of cafe's nearby. Staff were friendly and were happy to hold our bags after we checked out.

A fantastic hotel experience from start to finish

We travel a lot and I would definitely reccomend this hotel. From the second we walked through the door until we left, the staff, the restaurant ( we ate there new years eve ) the room , fantastic!

we stayed there on New Years Eve and the room was slightly overpriced for a regular room, however may have just been the time of year
