Two nights away

We rented a three bedroom chalet for 2 of us. It was very clean and comfortable. A very relaxing two nights away and will definitely return. The staff were very nice and helpful and the restaurant and bar were very welcoming. We enjoyed Paella and Cocktails.....

We loved it and it exceeded our expectations.

We lived in a camping house with a terrace. It is new, very comfortable, clean. We were surprised, the house has separate shower and toilet. Designed for a comfortable rest. There are also shared showers and toilets. Everything is very well maintained, clean. We loved it and it exceeded our expectations. Their team is cool and helpful. Thank you.

Parfait pour notre escale de 2 jours.

Petite structure avec quelques bungalows mais principalement des emplacements pour camping-cars. Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Piscine, supérette, snack-bar pizzeria... Le bungalow était propre. Plage à moins de 100 mètres. Il est situé dans Villajoyosa au nord de la ville, et on aperçoit au loin les buldings de Benidorm. Bien pour visiter les 2 villes.

Les bungalows un peu trop proches les uns des autres.

We will certainly visit again in the low season.

We enjoyed the cabin. The quiet and peace as there were few small children which would make for much noise. Being close to the beach was a bonus. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price.

Excellent location, helpful staff, just don't have breakfast on site!!!!

We had a great short but sweet stay. Direct access to a beautiful beach. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Beach bar was lovely at night and staff extremely helpful. However do not go for breakfast, staff were rude and very unhelpful!!!

Everything was great apart from breakfast at the bar, the member of staff was rude and so unhelpful. We felt like he didn't want us there and didn't even listen when we ordered our food, when it arrived wrong he just walked off without a word!!!!

Cabin by the sea

Lovely location, close to the beach.

The seats in the cabin were hard and uncomfortable, the restaurant closed at 7pm and there was nothing else close. The prices for food and drink from the bar and restaurant were very expensive. When the bar opened in the morning the music was quite loud.

nice and peaceful location. loved the pool area with the astroturf. was ideal for my crawling son.

the restaurant on site was limited and expensive. there should be bar snacks like hot sandwiches and small meals to make it more affordable for lunch. no option for breakfast either.

We were charged an extra 24 euros for using the air con which we were not told about, we booked it as a cheap stop over while doing business but it ended up costing the same as a hotel would of. As soon as we arrived we had a long inventory to fill out and check, they check the bungalow in the morning before you can get your 100 euro deposit back.

Nice place staff need to be trained. Modern,clean and well kept Good parking.

Lovely clean and modern site well situated. Accomodation is excellent.

Rude staff wanted to keep our identity cards over night. Then insisting we waited in the morning whilst they "checked the room" I sent them a private message to address this and they said "we are not a 5* hotel" no you aren't, nor are you the Guardia civil.

It was a bad idea to book it

Automatical gates working bad, so if you have to drive in the aften, be ready to stay inside with the car

You have to know before you book it Check in time can be changed from that you are reading on the page. You have to pay deposit 100 eur and get it back after person checking but not earlier desk opening, which is critical, if you have to fly from the airport. You have to clean the appartment self, cleaning tools you have to buy for 3 eur. When you coming inside, its nothing extra, only towels. No any soap or shampoo, no kettle, nothing

Amazing Beachfront Location!

Beautiful pool right on the beach. Caravan very clean, well equipped, lovely verandah, overlooking pool. Easy to drive to from Benidorm. Just beautiful location will stay again.

Bar staff were young and played VERY LOUD ROCK MUSIC during the day, evening and at 9am so loud I had to complain as a lot of the visitors were older/retired and I love music but the choice was way too hard rock and way too loud! The staff must consider their clientele above their own music tastes.
