it has got to be the worst experience of my life

absolutely nothing

everything it was disgusting mould in the room window hanging off hinges ants crawling all over the ceiling along with bed bugs bed braces all broke, mattress shaped like a V when sleeping Had to buy our own toilet roll from shop shower head broken there’s an over powering smell of black mould as soon as you walk in

Disgusting - Avoid at all costs and save your money!!

Nothing, I cannot believe a hotel like this is allowed to operate. It should be closed down by environmental health as a health hazard.

We didn't stay at the property and left. Rooms full of mold, carpet was flooded in room 2, restaurant area was flooded, the stench of mold and damp was unbearable throughout the hotel. Holes in walls, blood and other unknown substances on walls, the room doors did not lock, was able to open other doors without key card. I am in shock that this hotel is allowed to advertise, complete false advertisement. The staff were useless, kept referring to call the manager, who didn't answer any of our calls. The hotel needs to be inspected and closed down. I wouldn't house animals in that place. Shambolic. Ended up stranded, resulting in us driving 3.5 hours back home. I appreciate booking.com trying to resolve, but to not get a refund when we didn't stay at the property and this being false advertising at its best, I am appalled that booking.com has continued to work with this hotel and not offer a full refund. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in, the stuff of nightmares and it is disgusting.

Disgusting

This room was disgraceful. The reception said t had been newly acquired and was not finished. The tv only had you tube which is no interest to me and they had to come up 3 times to even get that to work! Once switched off didn't connect again. The bathroom wasn't finished. The waste pipe from sink wasn''t connected so ended up with whatever went down sink on my feet and flooding the floor! The carpets were all stained. Door was damaged and looked like someone had broken in. I spent time looking for alternative at 10.30 but decided a my age 77yrs it was foolhardy to start wandering off at that time of night alone. My floor was full with students and the noise was intolerable. I had to ask several times for them to stop banging on doors and shouting. The worst place I have stayed ever!!!

Très bruyant, une soirée était organisée à l’étage où nous dormions. Nous avons pu malgré tout dormi quelques heures. L’eau chaude de la douche fonctionnait à moitié et la douche était sale (il y a avait même une bouteille d’eau dans le bac). Le personnel n’était pas particulièrement agréable non plus …

Great for value and short stays

Not the same as people reviews good staff checked in early after the room was available very helpful staff clean and good for its value you shouldn’t expect any better for £35 smart tv has netflix wifi was great not even one issue very close to transport local off licence shop right next to the place

The location wasn't too bad but we didn't end up liking anything.

The bathroom could've had maintenance, the bedsheets could've been cleaner, the odour could've been replaced with an air freshener, the blinds could have been better, and the main light should have been fixed.

Nothing, room was the size of a postage stamp, and we were greeted by a heavily UTI guest who was borderline intimating, resulting in myself not leaving the room all evening, The bed was uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a marshmallow, stains on mattress, only one cup provided although I had booked in with my husband, no spoon to make a hot drink, towel provided was the size of a flannel, Extremely loud throughout the night with door alarms going off and doors slamming, I've paid less to sleep in a travel lodge

Location ok.

Took ages to find our booking. Room was not very clean - used towels under the flat pillows on the bed to raise them to a reasonable height. Shower did not work - changed rooms and that shower didn't work either! Spider ran over me at 4am as I was laying awake ... finished me off!!

I was ill on the morning I should have checked out and was given a little bit extra time to allow my medication to start to work

This is a basic value for money place to stay.

Room was fine, very basic facilities bathroom bedroom kettle all was clean and functional. TV had no channels set but I was really bothered.

Breakfast was nice, the milk used for a cup of tea was turning tho and there were a few bits of it floating in my cup.

My stay at the Weaste Hotel was stomach churning.

The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. There was blood stains on the floor and ceiling. Electricity cut out. Locked out of the room multiple times due to faulty key cards. Little to none of the staff spoke English coherently.

Staff could’ve been faster to accommodate and gave the place a decent clean.

The shower had brown water coming out and the tap aswell water was yellow and the carpet was mouldy it affected my health had to leave emailed the manager for refund but he hasn’t reached back yet.

The staff were friendly and it had easy parking with a shop and a takeaway place next door. The mattresses were comfy in the room.

We paid just under £60 for the night so we didn't expect a 5* or anything like that but would've expected more for what we did pay. The rooms weren't ready when we arrived and that wasn't until about 330/4pm, the communal toilet downstairs had no toilet paper and was leaking everywhere. The toilet in our room was also leaking, there were bugs over the ceiling, there were a couple of stains on the sheets and the TV didn't work properly.

I don’t like anything about this hotel im staying 4 nights if I don’t have my family with me i wll stay in my car will be much better the first night 2:10 am tham coming to my room I have to shut to tham my 8 months baby waking up to 4:30 am my wife she feels scared to much noise to 3 in morning ether gest r not happy they’re not clean the room and not hairdryer not shower gels if u coming to have nice holiday in Manchester is beautiful if u stay in this hotel u will have not relaxing

water was brown, bed had insets in it, changed to 3 different rooms and all of them had something wrong with it . all of them had brown water and tvs that didn’t have signal on them . top floor doesn’t have Wi-Fi . Wi-Fi is good when at the right floor. showers and Toilets are loose. just not a good stay really
