Ukrainki bardzo głośno gadające i walające się po korytarzu już od rana, nie dały się wyspać... Albo lepsze wygłuszenie drzwi, albo uświadomić, że są już w pl, nie u siebie...

Свідомий обман клієнтів щодо комфортності номерів

Замість заброньованих standart one bedroom apartments готель надав маленьку кімнату, в якійі замість ліжка був відкотний матрас, що виїзжає з під письмово столу. Незважаюч на дві передплачені доби, відмовився від такого розміщення. Готель іншого розміщення не запропонував, сплачені гроші не повернув. Не рекомендую мати справи з цим готелем.

Готель свідомо, заради заохочення клієнтів, подає некоректно інформацію про привабливість своїх апартаментів. Апартаменти не відповідають опису і розміщеним фото. В запропонованому мені номері 705 не було ліжка (лише матрац). З посуду для приготування знайшлись лише електрочайник, дві тарілки та 2 чашки. В приміщенні був неприємний запах від минулого паління, хронічної нечистоти, смоли меблевого ДСП.

Na zdjęciach jest zupełnie inny apartament. W pokoju było zimno, ogrzewanie było zepsute, dlatego Bóg wie jakim cudem nie zachorowałem po tym noclegu. Brudno. Naprawdę; byłem w wielu miejscach, ale tutaj to totalna porażka.

Dobrze, lecz do poprawy

Dobra lokalizacja , blisko sklepy spożywcze, przejrzysta rezerwacja , ładny widok , dobrze zagospodarowany pokój, udogodnienia (winda). Na plus - całodobowa obsługa.

Pokój 708 Wygnieciony materac łóżka ( deski stelaża wbijały się w plecy ) , brodzik przeciekał podczas prysznica , uszkodzony uchwyt słuchawki prysznica od wewnątrz , brak płynu do naczyń, mydła do mycia rąk itp. , guma do żucia przyklejona do szafki nad łóżkiem przez poprzednich lokatorów .

Кровать под потолком и продавленный диван

Понравилось расположение и наличие кухни и санузла в номере. Есть набор посуды, Wi-Fi, фен, достаточное количество розеток, телевизор.

В описании номера при бронировании не было указано, что кровать может быть под потолком. Двуспальная кровать в номере 113 расположена под потолком. В 53 года подниматься и спускаться по лестнице из тонких трубочек очень тяжело, я боялась что нога может соскользнуть и я упаду. Не продумана полочка для телефона наверху возле кровати или светильник, чтобы включить свет ночью, если нужно спуститься вниз с кровати. Диван продавленный, когда на него садишься, то попадаешь либо в яму, либо на твёрдую деревянную перекладину внутри дивана. Так что прийти в номер и спокойно отдохнуть, растянувшись на диване или кровати не получилось: на кровать надо карабкаться под потолок по неудобной лестнице, а диван твёрдый и неровный. Такой диван не должен быть номере, даже в таком недорогом. Полотенца белые, застиранные, серо-жёлтого цвета. В ванной комнате под раковиной протекала вода.

The curtains are not dark engought and a lot of brightness come into the room, which is bad for sleeping.

It was nice and clean, but bed on which you're not able to sleep is not worth to pay that much

I liked the room/apartament and building in general, because it looked modern and clean.

I really didn't like the bed or more to say couch it was really used and not comfortable you could feel the wooden parts underneath stabbing your back, so the place really needs a new couch/bed.

I really liked the room. It was clean. Good bed and mattress. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for two people. I was even pleased with the presence of ground coffee beans and sugar. Only there was no salt. This hotel and room added good emotions and memories of Wroclaw. Thank you.

Lacked at least disposable shampoos or shower gel. Maybe they forgot to complete. The shower holder was broken (probably more than one day) and one socket in the kitchen with a crack.

Perfect value for money, great location! Everything you need for a short stay was in the room. Comfortable and cozy!

Minus, not friendly staff, at least you can smile if you don’t want to talking ... A sagging sofa in the room, on which it is impossible not to lie or sit and there is no room cleaning.
