O hotel é incrível, café da manhã excelente. O quarto amplo e espaçoso com uma vista linda da cordilheira. Tudo estava limpo e impecável. A Localização também é muito boa. Os funcionários todos foram muito atenciosos

me gusta la ubicación del hotel. los recepcionistas ya me conocen de tantas veces que he ido. eso me encanta, me siento bien como huésped.

no es que no me guste pero hay detalles que se deben mejorar: el estacionamiento asignado al hotel es muy poco y siempre esta ocupado, sobretodo con camionetas gigantes que ocupan 2 espacios al menos. la habitación no estaba con calefacción. el desayuno podría mejorar el barman podría ser más amable

buena ubicación

el tamaño de la habitación era muy bueno, tenia todo lo necesario para estar comodos, ubicación buena, en pleno centro.

primero ventanas no son termopanel, por lo tanto eacuchas todos los ruidos del exterior. Luego tema ascensor, nunca explicaron bien el tema de como llegar, los ascensores del hotel estan en los estacionamientos -1 y -2, el resto de los pisos (-3 y -4 ) no llegan al hotel. luego cuando llegas al hotel nadie te explica que tu llave solo funciona en el piso del hall(4) y el piso de tu habitación, en este caso nosotros estabamos con personas de tercera edad ( no en elo mismo piso) las fuimos a dejar y después no nos funcionaba el ascensor, tomamos escalera para subir, pero resulta que nadie ocupa las escalera,entonces si las ocupas no puedes salir de ellas solo tienes que llegar al piso 1 que es el del mall, si alguien nos explicara eso de un principio quizas no nos hubiera pasado nada. tema desayuno era bueno pero habia tanta gente y pocas mesas que al final era un desastre, esperar mucho por la mesa, el espacio era grande, entraban mas mesas pero no calculan en relación a las personas que estan hospedando.

Satisface necesidad de dormir.

La atención de las personas, muy atentos, cordiales, disponibilidad para solucionar problemas, felicitaciones a todo el personal. El desayuno abundante y bueno.

La pieza muy pequeña no esta en relación al precio, no habían productos de higiene mininos para ambos. Cómoda para una noche pero no para una estadía larga. El funcionamiento de los ascensores, si bien es cierto la tarjeta representa seguridad pero no eficiencia.

Overall the stay was good. Great staff and friendly people.

Reception staff was exceptional and went out of their way to assist me, especially Marcello. Breakfast was superior -- one of best hotel breakfasts I"ve had and breakfast staff was exceptional -- helpful and friendly.

My room was of poor quality. The phone didn't work; the refrigerator didn't work; I couldn't adjust the heating system. When I asked about the phone and refrigerator I was told that "they just don't work.'

SAFE, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The security system in the building made me feel safe. I requested a hair dryer and an ironing board and they brought it right away. The room was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage. Also, there was a desk area, and a sofa chair.

I was missing USB ports to charge my cell phone and laptop, and I didn't have a nice lighting to apply my make up, either.

View, being over a mall turned out to be very advantageous if you need to do any purchasing, and it felt very luxurious - like being in a Mad Men episode.

Driving into the area was chaotic in the way that country folk feel like when going to the big city. We got stuck in McDonald's parking lot and thought we'd never get out without going through the drive through. There was also some kind of massive party until about 1 - we couldn't tell where it was but sounded like a rave.

Very beautiful and clean. Great location. Awesome restaurant and lounge.

Water was not hot enough at peak shower time. Bed was too soft for my taste, I didn’t sleep perfect due to it.
