No nos gustaron muchas cosas. Para empezar el personal no era nada amable con los huéspedes, luego las almohadas eran muy incómodas y se debería de hacer una renovación de almohadas y colchones y más para ser un 4*. Y por último, la tarde anterior a irnos fuimos al hotel y en nuestra planta se olía un olor muy fuerte a producto químico, y estaban las ventanas del pasillo abiertas, pero cuando entramos a la habitación el olor todavía era más intenso. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana y la puerta al pasillo para que circulara el aire de lo fuerte que era (todo esto en pleno mes de diciembre con el frío que hace en Sofía), a mí personalmente se me pusieron rojos los ojos y lagrimeo, a lo que tuvimos que marchar a pasear de nuevo porque no podíamos estar en la habitación. Cuando bajamos a decirlo a recepción su única respuesta fue que habían limpiado y que ya mañana no se olería, eso nos importaba bien poco ya que el olor seguía estando en la habitación al volver y con frío por tener que ventilarla. Yo si fuera vosotros buscaría otro hotel.

Araba ile gitmiyorsanız çok keyifli

Fiyatının uygun olması beni ilk etkileyen şey oldu. Konumunun da gayet merkezi bir yerde olması diğer avantaj. Ayrıca çalışanları da çok yardımsever ve anlayışlılar.

Kendi otoparkı olmasına rağmen, cadde üzerinde bir otel olmasından dolayı önünde eşyaları indirmek için bile duraklama yapmak mümkün değil.

Good central position

We were delayed by two days arriving in Sofia but the hotel kept our room available. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and were able to advise us about a number of issues and excursions. The room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area and fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of most main places of interest. No hesitation in recommending.

Άνετο καθαρό ζεστό δωμάτιο στην νέα πτέρυγα του ξενοδοχείου μόλις 7 λεπτά από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της Σόφιας. Ευγενικό προσωπικό πολύ ωραίο πρωινό με πάρκινγκ.

Бях настанена в новата част на хотела. Свежо, чисто, модерна стая. Високи тавани. По- уютно и приятно от останалата част на хотела. Бях приятно изненадана.

Great option in Sofia

Very nice (quite upmarket) hotel in a good location in Sofia. About 10 minute walk to an underground station with a direct link to the airport (you will be at the airport in under 30 minutes). Nice modern rooms. Very nice breakfast. Nice English speaking staff. A great option in Sofia.

Very nice stay

Stayed for a few nights with my wife during our vacations and first time in Sofia. We stayed in one of the new bedroom which was fantastic, bed was excellent, bedroom was clear, A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast is pretty good too. Location is close (walking distance) to most of the main city attractions and good restaurants. Hotel is also 6min walking distance from one of the main Metro stations of the city and from there we could go anywhere we wanted.

Breakfast can get a bit crowded, specially on weekends...with lack of food.

Disappointing

Room pretty large, nice space.

The window of the room opens to an interior terrace which is full of garbage. Same garbage view is from the corridor in front of the elevator. Low quality pillows, hard to rest on. Low quality breakfast, poor food, poor coffee.

The bed comfort and AC

The power kept on tripping even though the room key was in the slot. It was dirty and old. Old furniture and unusable apart from bed. The lighting in the room was very strong (blue). And there was a lack of lights in the bathroom Staff didn't seem that welcoming.
