Overall experience was good except breakfast false commitment

Breakfast was good but not wow i should say. Also varieties were less as compared to the pricing i aid for the hotel.

Breakfast as well as the manager who committed false that early checkin morning breakfast will not be chargeable and at time of checkout placing the bill for 3 days breakfast. If this was told earlier that breakfast will not be chargeable for early morning checkin i would have done my arrangement for that day.

Overall its a wonderful, safe and centrally located property with 4 star services.

-The room size and hotel ambiance are excellent. -There are abundant lounge chairs to chat and relax on the upper floors. -The bathroom, amenities, and pool are excellent. -Staffs are responsive and helpful. -Breakfast food quality is excellent. -The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the airport. This hotel is a very convenient place to stay if the plan is to see Jaipur city, Jal Mahal, Hawa mahal, the city palace, Bapu Bazaar, etc.

-Wifi connectivity/speed was not up to the mark, despite raising the concern and the technical team looking into it, things didn't work out positively. This was concerning for me as there was an online business meeting planned during the stay. -Only vegetarian food is served.

It was okay okay, staff was good and helpful. Rooms were good but provided interconnected rooms

Rooms were asked on same floor but did not ask for interconnected rooms. We asked to change the rooms but nothing happened.

good ambience good dress but bad policies. front desk has no info on what to see in Jaipur

reception area and it’s ambience

they only provide one key two two guests which is very inconvenient if one has to go to swimming pool or outside whereas the other has to open the door on return of first guest.

Exceptional

The hotel was excellent and had good facilities. Delicious breakfast.

It only accepted rupees and I could not pay the fee in dollars. And that was hard for me

My room without breakfast was in same price with another room with breakfast and when I ask them to give me my room with breakfast bcuz already I gave them same rate , they didn’t accept 😔

Loved it and will recommend it to friends

The hotel is lovely, centrally located for exploring Jaipur.

The only slight issue we had was with the tv, but everything else was lovely.

Superb

The staff is well mannered, disciplined with customer oriented behaviour. The propert is also worth staying and loaded with prompt care by the staff as and when needed. Overall, a very good package for family stay.
