One night stop on the way in a great place

The Hotel is great. Location is nice and access from highway is fast and easy. Staff was nice and helpful. Facilities are excellent, swimming pools and the park are great. Spa facilities are top. Food at the restaurant was good and menu looking great. Soundings are looking very good

Despite the functionality of the SPA, and the number of people attending, it came as a surprise not to have the sauna and hammam ready to use. They were cold in the afternoon, which is a shame for a spa resort. The bathrooms need some maintenance, dirt start accumulating at the bottom of glass walls, the shower head was heavily leaking, making showering a challenging activity.

a great place where to enjoy a real rest!

very nice location near the Bulgarian Greek and also Macedonian border et an optimal distance from the highway (very near but without any disturbance) in a wonderful landscape; outdoor swimming pool of 50 meters+hit thermal water pools outside and inside, great classical massages (thanks to a mist skillful lady); nice quality of the food and of the breakfast

An oasis surrounded by mountains, archaelogical sites and great wine-tasting!

Great breakfast. The restaurant is top notch - really recommend! First non-leaking shower cubical in the whole of Bulgaria (or so it feels like!). Close to some great wine-tasting - Villa Melnik a favourite!

A touch on the high price - especially with some of the facilities not yet open. Carparking a bit hit and miss (a real hit, in one case, which provided evening amusement from the balcony)

Very well equipped spa hotel near of greek border

Beautiful spa with inner swimming pool and sauna. Rich breakfast.

Not all staff understood English.

Great experience for sure. I will definitely recommend it and will come back one day.

Food was great, SPA was clean and warm, everything was great for a small hotel.

I like to sleep till lunchtime so it was a bit too loud for me in the mornings because all the neighboring room doors have to be shut with force.

Nice experience

Excellent breakfast and everything in the restaurant was nice. The indoor pool was clean, the spa is lovely. The outdoor pool wasn't very clean but in the winter is very nice to use it. The staff is friendly.

It was very very hot in the rooms. There was a problem with the electicity and the power went down 6-7 times in one day for 1-2 minutes. There is rust in the water of the outdoor pool. The water pressure was very low from the shower.

Very good hotel and great restaurant. The outside pool was working and we had a great time regardless of the fact that it is the end of November already. The weather was sunny and warm.

Good place to relax for responsible prices and high standards.

We booked the Deluxe Suite. The Room is big and with a beautiful spacious private roof top terrace. Staff was very friendly and the pools are nice and 24/7 open.

Our private Whirlpool wasnt working properly and not cleaned. Power Outage.

Perfect place for relaxing after a driving day, we'll definitely visit again.

Great location for our purpose: one night stay on the way to Greece. Close to the Greek border and highway. Outside and inside pool access included in the price, plus sauna and jacuzzi. Very good breakfast included as well. good quality dinner at the restaurant.

A good choice on the way to Greece

We spent a night here on the way to Greece, as it is very close to Kulata border. Very nice staff, helped us with valuable indications as to the proper time to go through customs. Good breakfast, with many choices, decent coffee.

The elevator is very noisy and it can be heard really bad in the rooms near it. The omelet was not properly cooked.

Nice property, great food, good location to explore the area, and very nice staff.

The pool is open to outsiders. It was full during a public holiday and there were no sun beds for the hotel guests. Generally, there is a great view towards the mountain from the pool which now is obstructed by campers. The lot next to the pool is full of them. Sitting at the pool I was looking at those people’ s drying laundry…
