L’appartement est très situé juste à côté de la plage et à 6 où 7 mètre du Marché Couvert là où il y a beaucoup de supérettes je recommande cet hôtel pour séjour en amoureux…

Juste au niveau de la salle bain y avait une fuite d’eau sinon tout est propre et carré…

Malheureusement je confirme les mauvaises notes donner à cet établissement. Je ne reviendrais pas.

Emplacement de premier choix. Disponibilité de l'établissement réservé en dernière minute.

Mauvaise qualité de l'accueil à mon arrivée. L'état des sanitaires et du mobilier en général ne sont pas digne d'un hôtel, on trouve facilement plus accueillant dans un gite au fin fond de Mafate ! Pas de wifi dans ma chambre. Beaucoup de bruit ( boite de nuit voisine ) On a essayer de me faire croire que l'on me surclassé car on m'attribuer une chambre pouvant accueillir trois personnes, étant seul je ne vois pas l'intérêt ! Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Un Havre de paix

L’emplacement idéal près du quai et de tous les restaurants. Hôtel très spacieux aéré propre bien équipé et très pratique. Le responsable est très sympathique normal c’est un toulonais... Et par dessus tout un bon rapport qualité-prix que demandez plus!

A vrai dire pas grand chose juste pour le wifi Plutôt se placer à l’accueil que surfer depuis sa chambre En somme rien que du bon sens...

Séjour écourté j'ai dormi chez un concurrent et payé à nouveau ma chambre avec un vrai Confort

emplacement en centre ville, a ce niveau as de problème particulier

on m'informe que je suis surclassé en chambre quadruple mais on me fait cadeau du suppéleme,t !! je n'ai pas demandé le surclassement et n'avais pas à payer donc faux avantage. Le chambre sont dignes d'un mauvais hôtel de passe (comme dans les films), sales petites et très mal entretenues (atmosphère lugubre et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, heureusement qu'il y a surclassement !! qu'est ce qu'une chambre classique !! Moi même Ancien directeur de groupe hôtelier ce marchand de sommeil ne devrait pas être sur le marché de l'hôtellerie et surtout pas sur booking !!

Il faut avoir les reins solides pour venir dormir chez vous. C’est simple, je n’ai pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit avec le bruit de la boîte de nuit (qui ferme à 5h). J’avais pourtant des bouchons d’oreilles. Outre ce « détail » qui nous a coûté une journée entière de récupération, le mobilier n’a je pense jamais été changé ni entretenu, les draps/serviettes ont des taches suspectes, les joints sont moisis, la lumière extérieure s’active toutes les 10 minutes (avec les allés et retours de la boîte de nuit) et allume toute la chambre. Notre lit était accolé à un mur recouvert d’un voile collé vite fait pour camoufler quelque chose j’imagine. J’en oublie certainement. Bref, je ne pensais pas écrire ce genre de commentaire un jour mais pour un tel prix c’est une belle arnaque.

cockroaches in the room!! :(

I met a huge cockroach in my room... The person who gave me the keys was not friendly and did even try to speak in English. It was dirty below the bed and on a counter into my room. The common areas of the hotel were ugly and uncomfortable.

Definitely not value for money: super expensive, but similar to a hostel. The manages is dishonest.

The hostel is located near the beach and relatively not that far from the bus station (like a 20-minute walk). I would say that this is the only positive point.

The receptionist did not speak a single word of English and was also quite goofy: he made me wait while calling a colleague to find my reservation that was actually written on the paper that was in front of him. Once he finally found it, he then tried to give me a worse room comparing to the one I paid (and I paid a lot of money). I underlined to him that I booked a room with private toilet and he kept on trying to give me a room without toilet. I insisted showing him my reservation and then he realized he had to give me what I paid for. All I wanted was a place where to crash for a night and relax, but it was stressful. They are cheaters, dishonest, unskilled and unprofessional. The room looked dumpy and there was no kitchen for guests’ use. I would NOT recommend this place; you better find another hotel.

uneven bed, only one shared shower for many rooms, the owner of a HOTEL does not speak one word of english, kitchen is weak, wi-fi only works by the reception. i’ve stayed in cheaper hostels which were much better. you can spend a little bit more and have a lovely airbnb

Disappointing

Interesting ideas like outside kitchen, outside "laundry room", the room we ordered was good as advertised. Location was great.

Firstly, there was a problem with payment and staff. The hotel (according to booking description) should charge first part of the payment in advance, this part actually happened, and the rest right before the check in. This part didn't happen and it took us practically the whole stay to manage it (non-working card terminal, staff not speaking english, waiting for a manager to solve it, getting our cash change back..). Next, there was no room service for the 4 days - not even taking out the thrash. If that's because of covid then they at least should've told us in advance. But they couldn't have even if they wanted to - some other hotel guest actually did our check-in and introduced us to our room because the staff on duty was completely incompetent. The other employees as well.

Dirty, old, completely overpriced, kitchen is not equipped (as stated), it was not possible to store our bags for a few hours during the day, bathroom outdated, moist and full of mold.

Well located, and easy to reach. That's it.

Old room, bathroom has mold in the shower... poorly cleaned. Not worth the €75 I payed for ONE night!
